    What to Expect
The three hour session will captivate any intellectual (and thirsty) fellow, as master distiller and entertaining raconteur Jake F.Burger and his expert team of 'Gin Instructors' take you on a historic whistle stop journey, revising the miserable gin era of London in the 1700’s made famous by Hogarth’s iconic ‘Gin Lane’ tableau, through 300 years of heritage belonging to Britain’s national spirit.

The intimate and interactive experience culminates in making your own gin as, lubricated by gin cocktails, you move on to one of The Blending Rooms in The Distillery to learn about the gin making process, the botanicals used to flavour gin and with the help of The Ginstitute’s gin gurus, create your very own bespoke blend to take away in a personally signed 700ml bottle.

    Course complete!

You are now a member of the esteemed Ginstitute Alumni and we will keep your unique recipe  on file at The Ginstitute allowing you to re-order your gin and continue to enjoy it at home.

Highly recommended! The drinks were so delicious and Peter so enthusiastic about the subject that one couldn't help but become a ginophile.

We had the most fun learning about gin, then making our own bottles to take home. The history lesson was really interesting, but the highlight was trading all the different botanicals and deciding what I wanted to put in my recipe. I loved that we...More
