Really wanted to see Stonehenge and Windsor Castle. Originally chose to do Oxford but it wasn't able to run, so we were offered the Bath trip instead.
Our tour guide was Bruce and driver was Armando. Both were amazing and enthusiastic. Bruce was extremely insightful on the history of the places and kept everyone entertained on the way. He made sure everyone was on schedule and kept clear timeline throughout the entire trip.
Definitely would have given more than 5 stars if possible. They both deserve the best praise and made our stay in London memorable.

We had an incredible time on this tour! The tour guide Nicholas was extremely knowledgable and funny. He kept the tour interesting with facts all along the way. The bus was comfortable and Jose the driver was excellent, we made great timing! Would highly recommend Evans and Evans tours.

Nicholas was amazing! He shared so much great insight!

He knew all the tricks and ensured our trip was awesome!!! Our first stop was Windsor Castle- and I felt like our group was the only one there- it was delightful. Then we were off to Stonehenge it was breath taking- he had so much historical knowledge- I’m so glad he was our guide. Then we were off to the Baths- he put us in front and ensured we were taken care of it, and pointed out some great eating spots. My daughter and I had the most wonderful day, these memories will last a life time. Thank you so much Nicholas! And a shout out to Jose our driver, smooth drive and we were on time to everything- thank you!!

Went w/ my son on aThursday and weather was gorgeous! Bruce is the tour guide and Armando is the driver, both are friendly and great! Met at spot where they tell u to meet at 8am (ontime), and came back just as planned. The tour is guided by Bruce and he set expectations from the start which i like very much. Because of covid, no lines at all 3 areas! Such a nice time and not crowded. However i wished a little more time in Windsor to look around but they did warn you about what to expect so no complaints from me. Overall good trip! Be warned, tho, when reserving the tour, because of limited day trips availability, they end up automatically moving the date and tour areas automatically. Pay attention and read.

Booked based on the idea that we could see a number of things in a day trip. I had been wanting to go to Windsor Castle forever and my husband wanted to see Stonehenge.

Departure was smooth although our trip had been reschedule due to low numbers on our preferred day. Guide and driver were fine. Given lots of instructions about what we could eat/drink on the bus and the advise to use loos wherever we found them as the bus does not make those kind of stops (more on that later).

So, it was very disappointing to arrive at Windsor Castle and be admonished to be back at a certain time and oh yes, don't get locked in as there would be a changing of the guard. We essentially had less than 30 minutes in the Castle where we were given a 120 minute audio guide which we couldn't come close to finishing. We will be going back via rail on our next visit.

Stonehenge was just fine, give an audio to which we could listen. Might have wanted a bit more time to do some real walking.

In Bath we evidently did not have tix for entry to the baths which was just fine. No city tour offered, not even a map, just some vague suggestion and an admonishment to be back on time. . We wandered around and then settled into a pub.

On the way back, which was a very long ride, I needed to use a loo quite badly. I asked the guide and driver to please make a stop which I was told was not in the schedule. I said I didn't care and could use the back of the coach if need be. Well, not only was a stop made, but over 2/3 of the people got off to use the loo!

Highly suggest that a rest stop be included on future tours.

In sum, I can see where this tour would appeal to may who just want to "tick" things off, but for us it was a disappointment to have so little time in Windsor and Bath.

Dear Guest, Thank you for leaving us a review. We agree with you that we would love to allow more time in each venue however, as I am sure the guide explained to you, we often refer to this tour as a ‘taster tour’ as it allows you to see some of the UKs top attractions but we are restricted with time in each venue due to driving hour legislation. We do run a number of other tours which only include one or two venues (for example a tour to Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds or Stonehenge and Bath only) which do allow for more time for exploration in each venue. The drawback of this is that you don’t get to see all three venues. Unfortunately we do not have toilets on board some of our coaches, we ask our customers to use them at the office before boarding and at every opportunity during stops on the journey. We appreciate the feedback and we will pass it on to the respective management team for possible consideration for future visits. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you on another tour in the future. Best wishes Evan Evans Team

Evan Evans tours is a top notch company. The tour I originally booked was canceled due to low number of people who signed up. Totally worth understandable during a global pandemic in January. Excellent communication from the company and we were able to move to a different tour. They made sure we knew what to expect, where to board, etc.
Our tour guide Reese and driver Joe were very professional and so helpful. We were able to get the best pictures during our stops. They kept the tour safe and moving on time. I highly recommend Reese, Joe and the whole Evan Evans tours.

I first want to say that this tour company is very professional. We had some challenges with being in the UK during the crazy COVID high Christmas holidays, and it really impacted everything we did, including this tour (not their fault, on our end). We did have to reschedule and I felt that they were accommodating and willing to help us (although, a reminder to check the refund policy when you purchase).
My only feedback to the company is a reminder that many of us, being on holiday, are like... scrambling. It would be a little thing, but SO NICE, if you had coffee or tea or juice or all of that in the office while we are waiting. The tour leaves early and we have to get to the office, so to be welcomed by some warm beverages would be a nice thing.
The tour is good! It is QUICK but my husband and I really felt that it was enough time to see everything. It feels FAST (especially Windsor - felt very fast) but honestly we never didn't miss anything lol. So, it is totally fine! They just don't like cooked smelly foods on the bus so take some snacks that are easy on the group. Food does feel rushed except maybe in Bath where we didn't go into the bath so had lots of time to walk and get a drink, but we managed (aka I gulped my coffee while walking to the bus - not ideal but there you have it).
Take warm clothes for everything - Bath is all outdoors and with COVID even eating outside etc. but layers are good for the bus. There is a little storage above your seat where you can put things to be more comfortable. I DID inquire about storing our luggage and they don't do that, and a big bag won't fit on the bus.
Our driver was excellent and the guide was informative - it is a long day! Hoping they make decent money and we tipped, of course.
You will get a little ear thing microphone for stuff which you will use very little, honestly. Some people didn't have tickets to certain things so be sure your tickets include all the sights if you want to see everything.

Dear Guest Thank you very much for your review and for the recommendation, we’re glad you found the tour good and we’ll pass your kind comments on to the driver and guide. Regarding beverages in our office, we currently offer guests filtered drinking water to fill up their reusable bottles, or we can provide a disposable recycled paper cup. Thank you for the suggestion about offering coffee, tea and juice – we will look into this, however currently as noted it is not allowed to bring hot drinks on to our vehicles for health and safety reasons. We hope to see you traveling with us again. Best wishes Evan Evans Team

Had an amazing tour with Kevin and Michael! The tour started pretty early in the day, but our tour guide Kevin was extremely energetic and was very engaging throughout the trip. Definitely a bit pressed for time but we expected that since there’s three stops. I thought it was a really good way to see everything out here and as long as you go into it knowing you’re going to have to prioritize the things you want to see and maybe speed walk a bit, it’s an amazing tour. Definitely recommend!

Kevin, our tour guide and Kelvin, the bus driver made the trip wonderful. Kevin was very informative and provided a lot of history along this day trip. I do have to say that we felt rushed at each venue. That is no fault of the company or Kevin - it was just trying to fit so much into one day. I would recommend this trip, unless you want more than 1 1/2 hours at any of the stops. It worked for us as we only had 2 days in London.

Phil was our tour guide and he was so nice and informative. He told us tidbits about everything and was always very patient, kind and helpful. There are bathrooms at the office where you meet at 7:30am - very handy. The bus was comfy and nice. It was comforting to go to the English countryside for the day and visit these historical places. I would highly recommend this tour.
