This tour was the best way for us to see all the landmarks we wanted to see with limited time. It was great once we got on the bus. The bus station was really chaotic and they need to do a better job organizing the different tours. Like maybe have different gates for different tours instead of every tour going out the same door??? Was really confusing.
Once on the bus everything was great. We had a really good tour guide, I think his name was Ben. He was super informative, very patient, and really good about making sure no one got lost and was always telling us what was happening next and when to meet back up. We saw everything we wanted to see and enjoyed it all. He gave us a ton of history about the Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, etc. We had enough time at each place to see everything. I never felt rushed. It was a long day, but we covered a ton of ground. I had a friend who was in London for a week and she said we did more in one day than she did all week. So well worth it.

Our guide was excellent. Friendly, approachable, could answer any question. I learned and saw so much. I adore the history. She was concerned and very professional for our safety in remaining together. The bus driver was very adept at handling traffic and parking. Even tho London is preparing for the Queen's 70th year of rule and some things were closed to us, our guide gave us every opportunity to see what was available. I enjoyed the 'bonus' of walking thru St James park. The 1/2 hour boat cruise down the Thames was really special. There was plenty of time to see the stops we had advance tickets for. I ended my tour with the fantastic London Eye. The day's experience was a great way for me to be introduced to this great city. I will return to explore more!

My tour was canceled due to 'bad weather' and 'less numbers' on the day scheduled. Tour operator sent me email message and gave a phone call to inform. Not only that, they were very courteous and helpful in providing options for alternate tours on the same day AND on next possible day. Remaining difference amount was refunded without any hassle.

I’m sorry to write you like this but I have to say I was really disappointed with the guide we had today and I usually don’t do this. But he went by the name of Shawn and I thought I should give a heads up moving forward that maybe you should keep a better review of personalities you choose for tours like these. Mind you I’m a public servant myself and understand complexities with certain situations. But I have to say the dialog with this man was heavy with sarcasm when most questions asked and making it so awkward and tense with most. Minimal historic insight was given and quickly geared to how he enjoys drinking and a story about himself, actually most ended with these self loathing, starved actor vibe that was relentless in each conversation that minimal was said at the end. At first I think we accepted it as humorous only to quickly realize it was something else. We had members of the tour group itself acknowledge and inform more of the history of the Westminster tour then himself. And he wrote off the Changing of the Guards as a brisk walk thru which was confusing because we had to time everything properly to be there at the right time only to get a back end of a March. And I have seen the Changing of the Guards before but my son hasn’t. I noticed he was deciding to truck thru the garden/park instead of heading towards the palace itself only for him to bark at me later for even questioning that we had missed the changing of the guards in front of my son. It was wrong and unprofessional PERIOD and unnecessary AND WE PAID FOR THIS. We paid for this mans 3 hour mental health tour about weird drinking excursions and personal stories and vague history facts. The tour was a joke and thanks for waisting my son and mines time and money. I’m telling you I’m sure I will not be the first or last to say this about chosen tour guide Shawn.

Driving quickly by the major sights with the tour guide pointing them from inside a bus out is hardly a way to experience London. We did not see the changing of the guard or the guards at all as promised. Our cream tea consisted of four scones, one half glass of cheap champagne, and tea. We were dropped off and let go at Harrods and had no idea what was going on. Were we supposed to pay for our tea? Could we have ordered something more elaborate? The tour guide just dropped us off and left us there. This was an overpaid " extra" which we did not enjoy. We did stop off at St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London. We enjoyed that. The Thames River ride was another overpaid extravagance where where landmarks were pointed out, but we did not really experience.

A very good overview for first-time visitors to London. The only drawback is a personal nit - there were approximately 50 persons on the tour, and with that you had 50 different expectations and levels of energy. I’m not a huge fan of large group tours, but that’s not the fault of the company or guide. If you’re good with a bus tour around town with good, long stops at St. Paul’s Buckingham Palace and the Tower of London, this is for you.if not, book something smaller and more personal. The boat tour down the Thames at the end was great. Terrific narrator.

Yeoman guard Scott Kelly gave us an amazing guided tour, most informative and hugely enjoyable. My Dad and I enjoyed the whole experience of the Tower, including the spectacular crown jewels. A great day out.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a humorous personality. He showed us some parts and history of London that we would most certainly would have missed. His food recommendations were excellent. I would recommend the full day tour to anyone. Definitely worth spending the extra 5 pounds to see the views from on top of St. Paul's cathedral.

The tour guide Eldie did a very good job. She assisted us very well in the duration of the tour. She is an asset to the company.
The driver partner for the tour to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and the bath on October 29,2021 did an excellent and safe driving for all of us.

This is a great way to see some of the top sites in London, as it is a comfortable bus. Our guide was very good, and knowledgeable with a keen wit. Please note that the tour is very long, as we missed that when signing up and wound up leaving the tour early. Part of the bus ride was over an hour long, which was unexpected but turned out nice for a little nap due to our early morning departure. If you are comfortable being in a large group, and a lot of waiting, then this is a good way to see some of the top sites in London. If you were looking for a little bit more of a pace it might not be for you.
