Our tour was led by Paulo. We came from Toronto and this was our second day in Vancouver. We were greeted by rain! Paulo was prepared for us. After helping us to get into our gears and ensuring we all had the right bike, he provided us with rain ponchos to keep us as dry as possible. From then on, we knew we were up for a great time.

Paulo was very funny! He had a unique way of getting to know each one of us and making us feel welcome. We left like long lost friends. We chatted and learned from him the entire time. Not only was he a knowledgeable guide and knew how to give us the bite-size info on Vancity, he also had a lot of one-on-one and insightful knowledge to share about local and First Nations.

He also went out of his way to share with us the best places to eat, the best places to visit etc. With him, the tour of Vancouver continued, even after it was long done.

Thank you for making out trip memorable Paulo! I would take another trip with him in a heartbeat!

My sister and I had an amazing time on this 5+ hour bike tour that provided us a comprehensive sampling of the major Vancouver downtown areas. Our tour guide PAULO was beyond excellent in giving us the scoop on the history/background of each area, interesting tips/facts, and a "local's" perspective of living in Vancouver (we even biked past his apartment!). We were a little nervous to take such a long bike tour (especially after our Covid exercise hibernation), but Paulo paced the tour well, and we made it through fine! Paulo also emailed us a bunch of recommendations for restaurants and specific activities we were interested in, which was definitely a bonus! We highly recommend this tour, especially at the beginning of your stay since it gives you a lay-of-the-land, and it gave us more confidence navigating the area!

Paulo is an exceptional guide and tour leader who regaled us with colourful accounts of the economy, the people and the history of Vancouver. He’s also very smart and funny which makes the 5 hr tour flow at the perfect pace. If you’re in Vancouver and not doing this tour, you’re missing out.

This 5 hour tour takes you to all the major spots around Vancouver and as well as some great city escapes, scenery and wildlife; you'll learn some great facts about the city, its heritage and history.

The bikes are kept in great condition and I was able to choose my own ride, Vancouver is the best city I've been to if you're a cyclist with purpose built lanes and lights on every Street.

Our guide Paulo was great, friendly, very knowledgeable on Vancouver and funny

Fabulous tour of parts of Vancouver a tourist wants to see! And by comfy bike, fresh air, on bike lanes! And story after story by GREG who made this activity spectacular! He knows his city, he kept us informed and safe, and most entertained. We also lucked out with a sunny day! Ahhhhh, thank you Greg and Cycle City. Elena from Pittsburgh

Paolo was a great guide and ambassador for the city of Vancouver. Even though it was rainy and chilly, we had a great time. Paolo is an encyclopedia of knowledge about the city-from the First Nations people to where the city is headed today. It was refreshing to have a guide to not just talk about the best parts of the city, but to delve a little deeper into the challenges Vancouver faces. I learned a great deal during our 5 hour tour and would absolutely recommend it. Paolo followed up the tour with a very detailed email on activities and restaurants he recommends in Vancouver and the surrounding area. Thanks Paolo!

Greg was a fantastic and fun guide! He was extremely knowledgeable about the city, its history, and especially about the First Nations. It was a wonderful (not to mention efficient) way to see many of the key highlights of the city. Greg also pointed out some hidden gems we never would have caught on our own. Highly recommend!

I took the Grand Tour on October 21, which was led by Paulo. Simply put: a fantastic tour! Paulo is a great ambassador for Cycle City and, by extension, the City of Vancouver.
Our bike tour lived up to its billing. It was a great and relaxing way to see the city. Along the way, Paulo highlighted the historical, political, economic, ecological and social developments and issues that have affected Vancouver and continue to do so.
The ride was approx 5 hours and consisted of 3 other riders. It began at 10:00 am and included a 45-minute lunch break at Granville Island along with periodic stops for the various sites of interest. The ride was not taxing at all for me. If you are used to riding a bike, this tour should not be an issue for you. And Vancouver to its credit, has dedicated bike lanes so your risk from vehicles is minimized.
I highly recommend this tour.
