Participate in a hands-on Khmer cooking class. Chef will escort you on a tour of the local market. The chef will then explain about Khmer food, culture and superstitions relating to food, fruits, vegetables, fish and the multi-color spices and herbs for the dishes that you will practice later.
Afterwards you will have a cooking demonstration of the dishes that you will prepare. Your three course cooking session will include Fresh Spring Rolls (Fresh vegetables with shrimps wrapped in rice paper, served with a mild spicy sauce), Khmer Amok Fish (Fish steamed in coconut milk with peanuts, mushrooms and local herbs) & Banana Chef’s Special (Pan fried banana with honey and passion fruit coulis). Finally, enjoy eating your own culinary creation in a lively and friendly Khmer setting.
At the end of the class you will receive certificate of your cooking class & photo session.
