Overview
Snorkel with sea turtles and swim in a freshwater cenote on this stress-free tour from Cancun, a great choice for first-time visitors and nature lovers. You'll jump from snorkeling with tropical fish in the Caribbean to a walk through the jungle that explores the caves and caverns, traveling between attractions with ease in an air-conditioned coach. Plus, lunch and hotel pickup and drop-off are included for a seamless experience.
What to Expect
Your morning begins with pickup from your hotel in Cancun or Playa del Carmen. After an air-conditioned drive down the coast, arrive at a popular snorkeling spot in the Caribbean. Your guide takes you across white sandy beaches to a protected area of the bay for a guided snorkeling tour to view colorful tropical fish, rays, and up to three different species of sea turtles.

Next, you'll visit a nature park in the jungle and take a guided walk of the Yucatan’s expansive underground river system. Learn about the geological history of the Yucatan Peninsula, explore caves and caverns, see thousands of stalagmites and stalactites, and swim in a freshwater cenote. You’ll have just enough time for a light lunch before heading back to your hotel in Cancun.

Hi - it really depends on the day. If the ocean is choppy, you will struggle. If the ocean is calm, you can learn and be fine. Check the weather and ocean for the day that you plan to go.

We didn’t get back until around 6 pm. It was almost a 12 hour day. We were first to be picked up and last to be dropped off.

Don’t know as no children were on our trip. Best to email them and find out from what age they take. They do kids life jackets as a women in our group had to wear the kids size.
