Enjoy a light breakfast before taking a tour of Tulum, the ancient Maya city overlooking the Caribbean from a cliff. Next, take a 45-minute drive to Coba and take in panoramic views from the tallest pyramid in the Yucatan. Going with a guide to archaeological sites is essential, as most of the ruins and pyramids are unmarked and can be confusing without context.
