Overview
On this full-day guided tour from Mexico City, combine trips to the UNESCO-listed Teotihuacan Pyramids and the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, the most visited religious site in Latin America. Sit back and relax on an air-conditioned bus while your guide handles logistics and provides in-depth commentary about the history of these must-see attractions.
What to Expect
Be ready for convenient morning pickup at your Mexico City hotel. As your guide handles navigation and driving, enjoy the scenery on the way to the Teotihuacan Pyramids, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Your guide will lead you around the pre-Columbian Mesoamerican city (admission ticket included). See highlights including the Temple of the Feathered Serpent, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Avenue of the Dead, and the various pyramids. Climb the Sun and the Moon pyramids for views of the entire complex. Hear guide commentary about the history of the City of the Gods.

Leave the Aztec city for the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe, a Spanish Baroque work of art dating back to the 16th century. Listen as your guide sheds light on the history and importance of one of Latin America’s most visited religious sites.

Relax on the trip back to your hotel.

A great day at Teotihuacan and the Shrine of Guadalupe

Carlos Calderon (tour guide) and Ann (our driver) were great. We had a small group tour for three people. Carlos was very knowledgeable and shared his love of the area and history with us.

Avoid at all cost

Unforgivable: - You will waste time in jewellery shops and won't have enough time for Teotihuacan. Some people from the group didn't have enough time to climb the pyramid of the sun, while more than 2 hours were wasted in overpriced shops. Negative: - You...More
