Lots of birds and plants to see , ate fruit off the trees . Wish they offered a taste of the coffee like the pineapples !! Lunch prepared there was excellent!!Written 12 February 2024

- L3535SValexs0 contributionsPLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!I booked this tour well in advance of my trip to Jamaica. By the day this tour was supposed to take place I had received no contact from the tour provider, despite previously being informed that I would received details regarding a pickup time and location in advance. I made several unsuccessful attempts to contact the tour provider on the contact details provided in the days leading up to the event. Upon my return to the UK I left a complaint and requested a refund, to which I have received no reply. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!Written 23 August 2022
- GoPlaces554976468600 contributionsOnce in a lifetime experienceBooked this excursion with a lady at our hotel. Given a coloured wrist band with a number on. Free rum punch on arrival. Because I read the reviews, I knew there was going to be a wait until we got onto the boat. So we ordered some food and drinks. I had the mac and cheese with chips. The mac and cheese was lovely. My mum just had chips due to being vegan and limited options. Had to wait a while for the food to arrive. Then they call your colour wrist band and number for you to get onto the boat. The boat is filled to full capacity. The captain and guide was very friendly and informative. You get an option to wear a life jacket if required, then you’re able to jump into the water. The luminous bit isn’t as luminous as the photos you see on the internet but it’s still cool to experience. The water goes from cold to warm which is a strange feeling. Had quite a while to swim around. Photographer on board took photos. You are still able to get decent photos on your phone, so I suggest taking some yourself. Prices of the photos were expensive and the ones of me were blurry, so didn’t bother buying any. Overall, great experience. Once in a lifetime thing to do. I recommend wearing quick drying clothes as there are no changing rooms.Written 21 August 2022
- Mjgreenhalgh0 contributionsAwful.. no show, no communicationTour driver never showed up for our tour. The company did not respond to messages or phone calls. We ended up missing a day of possible tours because this company did not even call us to let us know that they would not be picking us up. They had no problem taking our money and confirming the tour, but the no-show and no communication was very poor. Don't do buisness with this company.Written 7 July 2022
- Saadia S0 contributionsChance to Learn about Local farmingEnjoyed the bus ride and trip through Ochos Rios to get to the plantation. Met with the owner who gave us a nice guided tour and let us sample some fruits and have coconut water. More recommended for adults. Our kids didn't enjoy it as much.Written 10 January 2022
- tonymF9023QM0 contributionsRobbed by companyThey are thief’s, please don’t book with them! They canceled my reservation, and didn’t even have the decency to call and tell me. It was on October 15th, and still haven’t given me a refund for it. Today marks one month and a day since.Written 16 November 2021
- NettyJ690 contributionsCrocks, Falls & RumThis was an amazing excursion! First stop was the Black river where you go up the river and see birds and Crocks. . A lot of and enjoyable. The Waterfalls, Amazing!! I was very nervous to go in the waterfalls. However our guide Adrian made it so enjoyable & me feel safe the whole time. Its easier then it looks. - cfrancisco700 contributionsAwesome time at the caves!First of all I want to thank Tanisha of Tourwise who responsibly responded to my emails providing pickup information and our driver, Norris, who made the trip fun. Norris was friendly and serviceable as all Jamaican people are. We were the only ones at the Green Grotto Caves and friendly greeted by Sabrina who prepped for the tour. Our tour guide, Dwayne, was the best in providing the history surrounding the caves. He was very passionate in telling it’s stories and we were fortunate to have him as our tour guide. It felt as a private tour just for us. The beauty of the caves were amazing and worth the trip there. Highly recommend it.Written 14 November 2020
- Don W0 contributionsPoorRudest people ever.Airport staff shouting and in total confusion.A kid could do better.Coming back to Gatwick afterwards was totally smooth.Sangster International has a huge learning curve to climb but Im not confident anyone in Montego Bay has the ability.just watch out for poor service after yo get off your flight.Written 15 October 2020
- 480mitchelll0 contributionsI had no idea! What a wonderful excursionWe had a terrific time. I had heard about the caves from the TV show Outlander. This was just a fraction of the many miles these extend. I am sure the stories are endless as to what these were used for in the past. Tour guide was an absolute gentleman. I think we were there 2/21/20. This was very close to our hotel in Runaway Bay. If you have time, visit Ultimate Jerk across the street for possibly the best jerk on the island. Gift shop was not open even after the tour. No explanation given.Written 4 March 2020
- Molly B0 contributionsBEWARE ALCOHOL ALLOWANCE FROM SANGSTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MONTEGO BAY TO UK....BEWARE ALCOHOL ALLOWANCE FROM SANGSTER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MONTEGO BAY TO UK.... Travelling back from Montego Bay Airport 4th February 2020 we were reading the alcohol allowance when an assistance dressed fully in red came over to us. We questioned the 1 litre of spirit per person back to the UK. She told us the information on their advertising board was incorrect/out of date and we could bring 3 litres back. We decided to bring 2 litres each of Appleton Rum..... Her information was incorrect!!!! You can bring 1 litre of spirit each. Just to let everyone knowWritten 8 February 2020
- K2619NWfrankb0 contributionsExcellent excursion! These three attractions go well together. I highly recommend them. The rum factory is a nice way to wrap up the day and have a relaxing ride back to your resort.Written 25 December 2019
- Natashia760 contributionsGirls Trip and Birthday CelebrationHad a blast at Margaritaville, we enjoyed the beach and amenities at the beach such as, parasailing, massage, dancing and the Margaritaville staff. Rick's Cafe was fun, as well. The whole group didn't jump off the cliff but it was fun to watch in amazement at others and the one that was with our group.😁 The DJ and live band kept the party going as we celebrated life until the Sunset. Definitely recommend both.Written 21 November 2019
