This experience is one to remember! The surroundings are beautiful. The guides were WONDERFUL!!! Jessie was so fun to chat with and so supportive when I was afraid to do things. We all loved it no matter what our comfort zones were.

It was a short trip, but the forest was beautiful, and the tour guide gave us some really interesting introductions on the forest and its vegetations!

Very enjoyable! Carlos, our guide, was excellent! He was so knowledgable, informative, nice, patient, and loved sharing his culture. He was an excellent driver and very personable. Made the great tour even greater. He even stopped at a local place for lunch before leaving the forest that we didn't exoect. What a treat!

Great chance to see the rain forest with minimum walking. To my untrained eyes, the rain forest looked restored from the hurricane two years ago, although our guide, Carlos, did point out some damage. We saw a river, a waterfall, and climbed an observation tower. Carlos was very informative telling us about the history of PR and the rain forest. What is the number 1 industry in PR? You will have to take this tour to find out!

Feb 2020 • Solo
I had a good time. What really made the trip were the other folks in my group. Charles was kind and knowledgeable about PR and the tour clearly he had done it before. I do recommend wearing old shoes because they do get a bit muddy. Something I didn’t anticipate was the drive up if you’re like me and easily car sick can rattle you a bit. I recommend dreamamine to help.
The road up and down the forest is very curvy and that didn’t sit well with me.
Only thing I would have liked were maybe some snacks and water bottles in the van. It was an awful long time to not have that option. We did stop in the morning at the a bakery but I would’ve loved to have a snack or water provided because it got tough at one point and it is very active. If not bring your own an because you’ll definitely need it. Otherwise Charles was timely, the group was welcoming, and they made me feel like part of the group even as a solo traveler.

Charles was a lovely guide. Very accommodating. On our way to the rainforest he gave us a brief but informative history of Puerto Rico. Definitely going to get muddy feet so keep that in mind. And while the river swim was very relaxing it is very rocky so if you have water shoes bring those along!! The wildlife you see isn't quite as diverse as other rain forests we've been too...but that's nobody's fault!! Just the nature here. It's just a little taster and the nature walk is short so if you're looking for more then book one of their full day tours with more of a hike.

The tour stopped at a makeshift information center (the one in the park was damaged in the hurricane two years ago and hasn't yet reopened), a tower, a waterfall and a river. That was it. The driver and guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable - we had a great conversation with him and he returned to our hotel with a jacket one of us left in his van. However, what was included in the tour was not very impressive.

I am so sorry we disappointed you, but the stops we do on this Tour are exactly the description we advertise. Maybe you should have chosen our Nature walk Tour which is a 3/4 day, not just a 1/2 day.I am happy to hear that our Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful

Our tour guide, Carlos, was exceptional! He explained the history of the island, the culture, the plants that were imported, and some of the traditional foods and how they are prepared! A terrific day! We wholeheartedly recommend that you request Carlos as your tour guide! You will not be disappointed. Thanks Carlos, from Rick
