Hi there... what date did you book for? I never received a call or email from you saying you hadn’t been pick up, Viator hasn’t contacted the company to ask about this. If for any reason the bus didn’t pick you up, why didn’t you message ?? Or inform Viator??? If we are at fault I would gladly refund you, but I’ve not gotten any calls or emails on this ..
