I took two classes with Noeli and they were great! Noeli was kind, calm and of course a great dancer. I specifically liked her calmness because as a not superextrovert self concious person I sometimes struggle with the high energy that many dancers sort of demands from their students. Noeli was superchill, intuitive, flexible and very pleasant to be around and I would take more classes with her if I ever came back to Las Terrenas:)

Noeli was patient and accommodating to this beginner salsa couple! We appreciated her good humour! Maybe now, after getting the basic first salsa lessons, we will advance to a few more complicated moves. Thank you Noeli for the fun!

Our class with Noeli was great! She was very accommodating with scheduling our private class. We learned so much in just 1 hour and now feel comfortable with the basic bachata steps. Noeli is a very nice person, an experienced dance teacher with a professional approach. We had to have a refreshment of our bachata skills and we were very glad to find Noeli to help us get started and teach us some new tricks. She is very flexible with dates/times and we were very happy to work with Noeli. We would like to continue, sadly we live in Europe and not in beautiful Las Terrenas.

We took several bachata lessons with Noeli during our trip to Las Terrenas in February. Noeli was nice, kind and knowledgeable. We had different levels and Noeli worked with all of us and helped us understand the steps, practice enough, then work the choreography with music. She was professional and patient and encouraged all of us throughout the sessions. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience and will get more classes on our future trips to Las Terrenas.

Noeli is super fun and good teacher! I took around 7h of private Bachata classes with her over the 2 days that I was in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. She will take care of booking the studio space which also has a Bluetooth audio system, fully working air conditioning (believe me you will need it!) and a fully mirrored wall which is a definite must! We have wanted to learn the Bachata since we bought a home in the Dominican Republic. Unfortunately with the pandemic, it impacted classes where we live. So on a road trip to Las Terrenas, we found the perfect start to this intimate, fun dance. This is a real studio, dedicated to dance, and Noeli was all we could hope for in a teacher. She is methodical, detailed (down to finger positioning) and absolutely FUN! She will make you feel comfortable, moves at your pace, allows you to work through your own diligence on techniques, and keeps you motivated. She even took a video for us to take with to gauge our practice against. Game film! We learned basics, open/closed formal stances, turns, different ways to incorporate types of turns, all so we could go out and be good at a local disco tec, event, or on the beach alone. We never stopped smiling & laughing in this experience. In our initial 1 hour private class ($60 usd is a steal compared to private classes in north America). We left with real applicable skills, sore cheeks from smiling, & a new friend and coach.

Honestly I've never taken a 'lesson' from Noeli, but have danced with her a number of times when I've spent extended time in the town where she lives, Las Terrenas. Noeli is an amazing dancer and has a super pleasant personality to go with that. I have recommended her to many friends who ask from whom should they take lessons when in Las Terrenas. I am happy to see she is developing her business there. Le deseo la mejor de las suertes!

I took month of lessons with Noeli, she's patient, fun and can work with beginners and professional dancers. With her I re-learned Salsa the right way and definitely boosted my bachata skills. I recommend if you are looking for someone fun, who takes her job seriously and will make sure you enjoy it.

I met Noely when I arrived in Las Terrenas and I took both 1-on-1 and group classes with her. She is extremely patient and a beautiful dancer. I highly recommend her for both Dominican bachata and Cuban salsa. During my time in Las Terrenas I feel I came to know Noely as a person, and aside from being a great teacher she is also such a wonderful and pure-hearted soul!
