Itinerary
This Grand Canyon Railway adventure tour starts at Williams Depot in Arizona. Check in and, before boarding your train, watch a fun Wild West shootout re-enactment in an outdoor theater.

Then, aboard your train, settle into your seat and get ready to journey across Arizona’s northern countryside to the Grand Canyon National Park. As you ride, musicians will stroll by to entertain and actors will perform a faux old-time train robbery.

Once you arrive at the canyon, get off your train and board a motor coach for a trip touring the South Rim.

If you’ve upgraded to include lunch, enjoy your meal at the Maswik Lodge after the rim tour.

Your Grand Canyon tour ends back at Williams Depot after your return train ride.

Overview
With so many different ways to see the Grand Canyon, it can be difficult to plan a trip and pick your mode of transport. This Grand Canyon Railway tour makes it easy and allows you to see some of the most scenic views the same way people did back in 1901—by train. Plus, you can pick from two seating options and upgrade to add lunch at the Maswik Lodge inside Grand Canyon National Park.
Highlights
  • Travel the way people have since 1901 during this Grand Canyon Railway tour
  • Take a rim tour by motor coach once you reach Grand Canyon National Park
  • Choose from coach or first-class seating on the Grand Canyon train
  • Upgrade to add lunch at the Maswik Lodge, nestled in a pine forest

Wouldn't do the package again

First off, the hotel in is fine. The buffets were decent, although the servers and entertainment weren't great. The show before boarding the train was hokey and boring, but I suppose some people like that kind of thing. Same with the train robbers; just leave...More

Mixed Reviews for me.

The train is truly amazing, and the Pullman car is fabulous. The overly exaggerated humor and attempt at entertaining was exhausting. I loved the view outside our window and we did the Coconino car but would not book it again. Better views and more fresh...More

Memorable Trip to the Grand Canyon

We stayed two nights at the Grand Canyon Hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We purchased the food package with the buffets at the hotel which we would not recommend. The food was limited and some items were cold. The town is a...More
