I was not able to use it. It did not work as we drove through the canyon. We picked up part of the audio tour but could not use it as described. I reported the problem but have not heard from the vendor.

We're sorry to hear you were not able to use your tour Shannon. For Shaka Guide tours purchased through Viator/TripAdvisor, users must follow the instructions included in the ticket or voucher confirming the booking.
We got your email and responded to it immediately upon receipt. On our reply, we sent you the same instructions, download steps and redeem code to download the tours. If you've not seen our emai, pls check your Junk or Spam folders.
