Amazing day with Haru. He met us at the ship in Osaka and took us to Kyoto and returned us safely at the end of the day. He was flexible when some of our group had a hard time keeping up with the schedule that Haru and myself had painstakingly planned weeks before the tour. He changed plans on the day with ease and efficiency to satisfy us all . He imparted wonderful knowledge to us and would highly recommend Haru as a guide

We had an unforgettable full-day private tour with Yuji San in Hiroshima and Miyajima! From the moment we met, Yuji's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for the day. His kindness and sense of humour made the tour not only informative, but incredibly enjoyable. Yuji took us to all the must-see sights, but what made the day truly special were the hidden gems he introduced us to—places we would have never discovered on our own. He also had a few surprises along the way. His knowledge of Hiroshima’s history, as well as the cultural and spiritual significance of Miyajima, was impressive. He was able to share stories and insights in a way that was easy to understand and engaging. Plus, he always made sure we were comfortable and having a great time. The views were breathtaking, especially at Itsukushima Shrine, but what made the day stand out was Yuji’s personal touch and attention to detail. Yuki made our tour AMAZING. She is so welcoming and knows a lot! The tour is a must if you visit Japan! Koyasan is just beautiful as well as all the temples!

We came to Osaka on a cruise ship. Yuka was our guide. She was great at communicating with us before the tour. Yuka was early and patient for us. She is a lifelong resident of Osaka and a a fantastic ambassador for Osaka and Japan. We were taken by subway to Osaka castle where Yuka guided us past the lines and inside. She was very knowledgeable with the history of the area and castle. In to the Dotonbori area. Yuka showed us around like a pro. We told her we were looking for a few different items and she hunted tirelessly for us. Always so happy and helpful. I wish we had more time to do more tours with her. May the force be with you Yuka. 😂

Maya, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Osaka. She’s had a lot of energy to show you everything you want to see. I highly recommend during your stay here.

Great walking tour . Miyuki was one of the best guides that we have ever had. Her knowledge of the areas we went to was excellent. The temperature was very hot, and she ensured that we took breaks, and drank water. She also went out of her way to travel on the subway with us back to the station to catch the correct train back to our hotel. By the time we left Miyuki at the train station she had spent an extra two hours with us.

We had a fabulous day with our guide Andy ! He liaised with us in advance and designed an itinerary that included everything we wanted to see without being rushed - his information and knowledge added to our overall experience and made our day in Kyoto truly memorable- thank you Andy

It was better than we expected. Our driver was at Oboke Station waiting for the train and he took us to all the places we had selected. A great day in the Iya Valley which we highly recommend.

Kaz was fantastic from beginning to end. He has such a wealth of knowledge and is able to share it well. We had a great day sightseeing and learning about the culture, customs, history, architecture, etc. Along the way, Kaz even suggested a few restaurants based on our preferences and helped to make a reservation for us. We learned so much including how to ride Kyoto buses (a simple thing, but different enough for us to benefit from some guidance). We had a great day together. Thanks Kaz!

Our tour with Yuki was really good she could not have done anything else to make the day memorable ,she took us to so many interesting places above and beyond what is normally done . Well done Yuki hope you keep showing people around.

Hiroshima and Miyayima was amazing. Our tour guide, Hiroko, was oustanding. Such a lovely person with so much knowledge and great english. Extremely recommended!

I can't recommend this tour highly enough - we had an absolutely fantastic day. Yoko, our guide, obviously has a real love for her home city and has an encyclopedic knowledge of Hiroshima and the, surrounding areas. The visit to the Peace Gardens and museum were particularly moving and Yuko gave us plenty of time to try to take it all in and was always there to help answer our questions. We asked Yoko to recommend some local food and she booked an excellent restaurant over looking Miyajima - the Okonomiyaki she suggested was the best we had tasted during our stay in Japan. We finished the day on Miyajima with stunning views of the iconic landmarks that are there, Yuko provided great information on the area and was an expert on where to go to get the best pictures. If you do book this tour I hope you're lucky enough to get Yuko as your guide I can guarantee you'll have a great time.

This is a full day tailored to your interest, time and the weather. Michio filled the day with engaging background of the region and discussion of Japan past and present. He is well travelled and a man of broad knowledge and keen wit. The trip was well structured, leisurely, and we shared a great lunch. At the end of the day I felt I had seen a significant part of Japanese history and had a better understanding of Japanese people.
