Wether it's a pick up or a drop off, we will offer you a comfortable transportation.
When the flight arrives to Tocumen International Airport, the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name.
It's very important to provide your full flight information:
• Flight Number
• Arrival estimated time
So we are able to follow up with the airport in case there are delays or changes.
When traveling to Panama guests must pass through Customs and Immigration. Customs Declaration Forms and Disembarkation Forms will be handed out during the flight. At the Immigration Counters, guests will be asked to show their passport, Customs Declaration Form and Disembarkation Form. Guests will also be asked to participate in a non-evasive biometric scanning, very similar to the entry procedure in the United States (fingerprints and picture). English language skills are limited in this area, but the process is quite easy. The Immigration Officer will keep the Disembarkation Form and return the passport and Customs Declaration Form. This form should be kept within easy reach for the Customs Officer.
Guests will then proceed to the luggage claim area immediately after Immigration. After bags have been collected, guests will be directed to the Customs area. Customs will ask for the Customs Declaration Form. When the agent takes the form, bags and carry-on pieces may be put on the scan. Guests may then proceed and pick up their personal belongings at the other end of the scan, and exit Customs to the RIGHT SIDE through the glass doors where they will be met by one of our representatives that will be holding a sign with their name or logo of your agency, and direct them to the pre-arranged vehicles.
