It was a breath taking experience to see wild bears live: feeling the spirit of freedom and peace in connection with them. Was not my last tour there, more the beginning of a lifelong tour with those beautiful proud beings. Comfortable boots are an advantage :-))

Erik is a lovely guy and really knowledgeable about nature and the mountains. Early start at 4:30 am and Erik spotted male bear 250kg and we watched him eating bilberries. A great time thank u would go again

A full day with Erik and his team in Paradise Valley, experiencing the ravines, ladders and the vistas. We had a group of 23 and the whole event was really enjoyable and very professionally led.

I took 22 people to Slovakia for a challenge around Slovakia Paradise National Park. I couldn't risk navigating myself taking so many people along. I found Erik (owner) through the Slovakia Tourist web site. The communication and experience from the start was amazing. He gave some advice and suggestions on guiding and location. We ended up with a very challenging, rewarding and amazing experience, exactly what I was looking for! I can't recommend Erik and his team enough. Their local knowledge and experience was perfect. Hopefully I will return one day and use their services again!!

Great day! We wanted to hike part of the High Tatra mountains. We had an excellent experience with a very knowledgeable, friendly guide, Erik. Thanks to Erik's experience, he was able to take us on a hike just right for our skill level. The hike ended at a scenic lake with a restaurant where we could relax and have lunch before heading back down the mountain. From there, Erik drove us to another scenic lake, which we walked around. Throughout, Erik pointed out information about the plants and animals in the area, history, and culture. We had a wonderful day! The next day we rode the ski lifts from Tatra Lomnica, another way to see the scenery. We wouldn't have done this, but Erik had mentioned it the day before. Spot on option!

Absolutely fantastic tour and day out, exactly what I was hoping for. We had Tom who was excellent, fun and great to chat with and taught us a lot. The snowshoeing itself was good fun & topped off with a nice lunch stop at the end. Communication prior to tour was great. Highly recommend all around.

I contacted Erik and offered my proposal to him. As this was our first trip to Slovakia, we wanted to enjoy some of the scenery, history and even work on our family history. We got all of this and much more. From the start, Erik stayed in contact with me, and we worked out many details prior to our arrival. Erik was punctual and his vehicle was clean, comfortable and with refreshments. We drove from our hotel in Kosice, over the mountains and to our ancestral village in Eastern Slovakia. Erik gave us great history of everything we saw. He stopped whenever we asked; for example, to see the many storks in the villages and to take photographs along the way. Upon arrival at our small ancestral village, Erik immediately engaged some local citizens and to make a long story short...we were visiting with cousins within minutes that we did not previously know. This in itself was worth the whole trip. Eventually we moved on visiting several other places and enjoying a lakeside meal.

We spent a wonderful day hiking in the Tatra mountains with Erik. He picked a great trail for our activity level. We hiked 8 miles through the beautiful forest. We stopped for lunch at a chalet overlooking a lake. And we got rewarded for our efforts with cake and coffee at the end. Now we want to come back to Slovakia for the wildflowers and bear viewing trips. You cannot go wrong with doing anything with Adventoura !

It was really easy to figure out a route that fulfilled my wishes and ideas. The nature was awesome and we we walked a solid 12km hike through Slovensky Raj. Some facts about history and wildlife added to the wonderful experience which I highly recommend :)

Brilliant morning spent with Erik and his team dog sledding in the beautiful mountain backdrop. Erik went over and above for us, really nice guy, extremely knowledgeable and talked us through everything to do with the dogs (we had lots of questions!). 100% recommend this, we had a fantastic time which will stay with us forever. Erik tailored our hike to exactly what we wanted - an experience in the High Tatras without killing ourselves. We had the perfect combination of a nice walk with spectacular views, an introduction to what it takes to be a ski jumper, and how to find bears in the Tatra forests. If you’re visiting in winter, go skiing, snow boarding or dog sledding with Erik! He speaks perfect English and has worked and traveled around the world. You’re in for a treat if you can spend some time in the High Tatras with Erik!

Erik took us to a beautiful location with astonishing views of the mountains where we were met by a kind Slovak man who led us to the horse barn and saddled them up. The weather was perfect and the experience was even better. The cherry on top was the fact that we found a big deer antler which we were allowed to keep as a memory. Highly recommended activity!

Being guided by Erik Sevcik in the low Tatra to spot brown bears was absolutely a stunning experience. The company of my friend and bear-expert Alessandro de Guelmi and Adelia from Indonesia/Holland made the day special. Erik is a friendly guy who gave us lots of details on bears habits and character. I highly recommend this guided trip.
