The world's busiest airport since 1998, Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) served almost 96.2 million travelers in 2014. The airport, which is located seven miles south of downtown Atlanta, is a hub for Delta Air Lines and a focus city for Southwest Airlines. In total, about 15 airlines fly between Hartsfield–Jackson and more than 150 US airports and more than 75 international destinations in 50 countries. The airport has five runways and one helipad. There are two terminals – the Domestic Terminal and the Maynard H. Jackson, Jr. International Terminal – and seven parallel concourses with a total of 207 gates. Airport amenities include ATMs, currency exchanges, restaurants, retail stores, interfaith chapels, shoe shines, smoking lounges, a USO and free WIFI internet.
