The largest airport in the state of Oregon, Portland International Airport (PDX) is located six miles northeast of downtown. It served almost 16 million passengers in 2014. More than 15 carriers fly to Portland International Airport, including Alaska Airlines, Horizon Air and SeaPort Airlines, which have all designated PDX as a hub. Passengers can fly non-stop between PDX and points across the United States, as well as destinations in Canada, Mexico, Japan, Iceland, Germany and the Netherlands. Portland International Airport has three runways and a main passenger terminal with five concourses. The airport offers free WIFI internet. Other amenities include restaurants, shops, a children's play area, ATMs, conference center, luggage storage and free cell phone waiting area.
