Flight was delayed by 2 hours due to engine failure. They had to get a plane in from Singapore to switch with the faulty one - why couldn’t they have gotten one from a nearer location. No announcements made at all - ground staff seemed unsure about procedures and handling queries of affected passengers. Passengers with transfers were asked to...

I fly Air Asia by preference and its primarily about the price . They are usually significantly cheaper than competitors . Service is excellent and in my experience they are generally punctual .

I have traveled on Air Asia tens of times and it is, to me, one of the great things about living in KL as it is the hub of this excellent low cost airline operating out of the excellent KLIA2 (now equipped with foreigner e-gates so immigration is even more of a breeze than before). Incredibly cheap fares when booked...

Air Asia is a budget airline so you pay for your luggage, meals. No inflight entertainment. However I havent had any issues with them. Also flew Air Asia from Da Nang to Kuala Lumpur and I am not sure why but this was a very expensive flight compared to flying from Perth to Hoi Chi Minh.

Bought ticket many months in advance at low fare, so got a real bargain. For that, it's a "bare" fee where all other things require add-on payments : check in luggage, meals, tablet - there's no tv/display at the seat, more comfy seats, family that wanted to sit together - yes, even if you buy more than 1 tickets together,...

Ok its a low budget company so you cannot ask for much. Arrived at Hong Kong Airport for transfer to Malaysia. You need to pass immigration, pick up your bags, change terminal, check in, take two different trains back to terminal 1 where you started. Make sure you have enough time. This due to the fact that Air Asia dont...

We were last to get on the flight and other passengers were sitting in our seats, so we were told by the cabin crew to sit further forward in other seats. As the emergency eit’s were not occupied we selected to sit in them. One of the cabin crew then moved us to alternate seats. This in itself is a...
