I traveled thrice by Malindo Air because the flight times conveniently fitted in with my schedule of travel. The price for the ticket was value for money and inflight experience was pleasant. However on all occasions the flights were delayed by more than a hour or two. This has happened at both ends. To KL and from KL. When flying...

It's a worthy contender to Air Asia. Full service airline with prices to match or beat Air Asia. I flew to Phnom Penh and paid 40% lesser than Air Asia. Malindo included food and baggage in the price. The aircraft had slightly extra legroom compared to Air Asia. Overall, a pleasant experience. Will try Malindo again.

Initially was very sceptical about booking this via a stop over to Kuala Lumpur and a 10 hour plus tiring flight to Bali! Post the flight I was actually impressed with the cleanliness and cabin space for economy seats. Fixed food quality which is average brings down the ratings from good to average. All said and done travelling to any...

Malindo was a great budget airline with plenty of leg space which I really appreciated, because i'm a tall person! I find airlines like Malaysian or even Emirates a tad bit crowded when it comes to leg space. We didn't experience any delays and the overall experience was quite pleasant for the amount paid.

We were going to Phuket from Kochi, India with a Layover at Kuala Lumpur. Our flight to Kuala Lumpur was delayed and hence reached late at Kuala Lumpur, so we missed the Connecting flight to Phuket. Next flight to Phuket was after 6.5 hrs. Malindo Executive apologized and gave a Food Coupon as compensation where we can buy food of...

First timer using Malindo, in fact this airline is very good. better seat arrangement with big space in between. Meal is ok and standard. The thing is, value for money, way better than the asia's budget airlines
