Their customer service sucks. Big time. My ticket had my name misspelled, my boarding pass didn't allowed a suitcase in the plane (which I bought along with the ticket) and my husband's ticket was cancelled without warning and it took four hours, seven different people and a bunch of calls and I accomplished nothing. The seats are incredibly small without...

Do not use Volaris.com or purchase the VIP discount. The site is an exercise in new and improved ways to defraud the client. Lately, the VIP membership will not work, the people on the phones can't help you, and the emails will drag on for weeks. The point of sale will have words in its drop down window rather than...

Cancelled a flight without telling us. Promised a refund 4 months ago but continually refuse to pay this and ignore all emails and contact. Customer service also lie or never reply. This company is utterly corrupt, never use them.

Volaris was a solid economy flight. Generous seating for an economy flight and reasonable baggage pricing. Bring your own snacks.

Not a big fan, yet Volaris did not fail to impress me. They aren't quite stingy like Viva Aerobus where you have to pay if you don't web check-in. Staff are hospitable and the ticket included free baggage allowance which is a huge plus point.

The Volaris plane was very new, and clean. The flight itself was uneventful - in a good way, and once we were boarded everything went smoothly. The issues we had were in the boarding process, which was chaotic, and laborious. We stood around ages waiting to board, and once boarding commenced it was a frenzied mess. If they could sort...

If you are UK based do not use it, for starters the telephone code +44 is not available in the list that makes like 100 countries. Biggest issue is that it does not like the UK post codes, states aka counties and kept continually rejecting payment despite there being ample funds. I had to rush to the airport even they...

The flight was on time, the services aboard were fine, as with any other low cost they were selling food on board, I could hear a passenger close by complaining that they had ran out of some of the menu items. The best of this flight was using the CBX bridge to get to San Diego. I would make this...

I have flown Volaris several times and never had any bad experiences. They are a basic no frills airline. I check one large suitcase and have a backpack carry on along with my large purse. The fare I paid included all this. My only "issue" is that one can't choose their seat ahead of time except through an agent. The...
