Crammed in like cattle! Legs pressed up against seat in front! No food, no music, nothing! But not cheap!

I booked a round trip flight from John Wayne Airport in Orange county to Newark NJ and their economy class doesn't even allow you to bring a carry on, whatever. On the way back from New Jersey we were inside a hot plane for over 3 hours and they blame it on weather, then when all the other airplanes were...

These were two flights with changeover in Chicago O'Hare. Flight from Munich to Chicago was uneventful, but food was bad. It's not a good idea to serve curry chicken in flight. The big problem was in Chicago. Our flight was delayed because of weather. The problem was, the gate was changed several times, twice we had to move from one...

I like United airlines. But a couple of things bother us. The fact that the airline no longer serves meals on their flights, not even a snack. Also the seats being so narrow, and if you want a little more room you have to pay for it.

I recently flew business class from Tampa to Los Cabos on United Airlines via Houston (IAH). On the flight from Tampa to Houston they did not offer a pre boarding beverage service. On both flights they did a "hop scotch" service based on elite status with United. They would go from 1C to 3A to 2D, etc. I was in...

Left on time and arrived early both too and from Newark. Flight returning was full but economy was not too uncomfortable. Going to Newark plane was half empty so everyone could spread out. Even though it is a short flight, beverages and snacks were served. With the Chase United Explorer Card had priority boarding and a one time pass to...

Worst airline EVER. Changed my flight 3 times before I even left. Plane ran out of food 1/4 of the way thru the passengers. The airline personnel went fine, but the whole experience was a nightmare. I will never fly this money hungry airlines again. No concern st all for passenger comfort. Give me Southwest or American any time!

I guess our world has changed, and changed it has. What happened to the days of professional flight attendants who dressed to the nines, served with a smile, and a blanket when you were cold? GONE! That's the way it is. You are shuffled on a plane in a very cramped area (I'm only 5'2" and I am cramped- sucks...

United Airlines on all 4 legs of our flight to and from Omaha through O’Hara with bumps in the weather were top notch. Our captains were amazing. Great communication to the passengers and flight crew were super nice. Nice to fly with a great airline. Thanks United.
