We took a red eye flight with a long layover in Washington. We needed to leave late to get a full day in Denver. I would not like to do this again. Sleeping on this was not easy. I would stay an extra night and fly in the day if I had to make this trip again

You're not a human when you fly with United, you're a dollar sign. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Flight attendants are generally good, but God forbid you need anything outside of what your economy ticket says you get. Our flight was half full and they still mandated that people pay to move forward on the plane, even...

I am writing this as I sit at the gate while plane is being deiced. Instead of going through a line where each plane is deiced one after another like in Toronto, in Chicago O'Hare we have to wait for the truck to drive up to each plane. This process takes forever and causes even more delays.

Checking and WiFi was okay, the stewardess were so bad, never smiled, they acted like it was such a drag to be there. United is not known for their service but these two were on top on what not to have on a plane

3 of our 4 flights were very late. 1 was late enough to miss our connection. Our layover was 3 hours 5 mins. It was not like we were trying to make a quick change over. United did reschedule us for a later flight which got us home 5.5 hours later than scheduled. 1 late takeoff was because another plane...

Creating a flight from Richmond to Denver and back direct as really opened up to West for people who live in Richmond, VA. My best option before was going to Atlanta to Salt Lake and then to Medford, in my case. Two stop instead of one and a lot more flying time and a higher risk of something going wrong...

I had been warned about the food on United but was amazed to see what arrived when I ordered a chicken dish. The two lumps of white meat, as hard as a rock, which arrived on the plate floating in watery cauliflower, had been prepared with neither love nor care. Having spent two weeks in New York, I was used...

We had an excellent flight to Denver, I thought it was gonig to be very complicated to travel with a pet, but they had a special line for people like me that were traveling with pets and it helped very much because my dog didn't get nervous
