Friendly Attendants - I'd read some experiences about United - But I guess you just get grumpy people - We travelled via Washington to and from Orlando... All of the attendants on the 4 planes for United were great! - Entertainment on board was also good. Pilots checking in on passengers whilst on flight and very informative about flying around...

We found the check in staff to be very helpful, the lady helped us use the check in machine as we had never done this before and also helped with checking in our cases. The cabin crew were also very friendly and helpful, A good flight.

Excellent service, on time, very professional cabin crew. HM Customs was a joke. 2 men working, 4 watching the 2 working. Took 1.5 hours on a US passport to get through - 20 seconds with the customs man. Heathrow exit was slow and jammed. On the big Boeing jets, reserve at the rear of the aircraft. I had three across...

The Airlines make the money and we suffer on the leg room. With the cost of tickets now a days and the charge for luggage, we can't afford to upgrade on legroom. The plane was clean, the crew nice and friendly, but this does not make up for being crammed into a seat without proper legroom. Our flight landed in...

Flying from Delhi India to my final destination was quite a long one. 14.5 hours to Newark NJ, 4 hours to Denver and 2.5 hours to Medford. I have to admit the longest flight was not that bad considering you have free movies and tv to watch. The food was ok, I think I was just burned out on Indian...

Continental Airlines used to be my favorite airline. Reliable, well-structured, punctual, and good service. That all took a nose dive when Continental and United merged. Were I writing this in March 2011, the tone would be entirely different from the upcoming paragraphs. That was the last time I flew United and I decided to take a break from the airline....

United charges too much for baggage. They forced me to check in my hand luggage at the gate! I already paid to check 3 bags! 3rd bag was too expensive...

I will never ever fly United Airlines again. We flew First Class, the service was very poor. We actually got better service in economy on the way back. They lost our surfboard bag that they charged us 200$ to bring, destroyed the surfboard inside, and then told us that they needed proof of damages and we had to drive 2...

Boarding the flight looked simple enough. Just go into the Zone line and wait to be called. The problem started when I noticed passengers carrying 3, 4 and even 5 pieces of carry-on luggage at the gate. I read the rules. I had one small personal bag. On going to my seat, I found that all overhead bins were full,...

It has been a while since I have flown a ‘mainline’ U.S. carrier and the reason is that in previous years both their service and products not good. The carriers realized they needed to focus on their products, and so I decided to try out United upgraded economy product from New Orleans to Houston. In previous cases, I have booked...
