We upgraded to premium economy for this flight for the extra legroom. Generally, I choose United for most of my flights because they are the cheapest. This was a four-hour flight to Costa Rica, and they offered no snack and no in-flight entertainment (unless you wanted to pay for it). It's really just a bare bones flight. If you want...

I was on a small plane and we were packed in like sardines. The worst part was the 4 hour lay over in Houston. My bag got to El Paso before I did. How did the bag get an earlier flight and I couldn't.

United was going to earned 4 stars, because of both 1 hour delay to snail-paced luggages with 10 feet gap on very slow belt that had taken 1 hour to delivered all of bags is very poor service from full plane of Boeing 737-900. This would be normal for Boeing 767 for 1 hour luggages. If airlines play their so...

Never flew First Class in my life but this was a medical situation. You see, I was bringing my partner home who 3 1/2 weeks ago was severely injured on a hiking fall - 45 feet tumbling down a rocky mountain which resulted in 3 staples on top of her head, broken neck (wearing a C-Collar - C2, C4, C5),...

Bring your credit card for all of the extras. Extra for comfort seats, priority boarding, luggage, snacks, meals and entertainment. Great flight and the seats were good. Bring your own snacks and entertainment.

There was a problem with the plane assigned to the flight. The captain did a great job of lining up another plane in 2 hours. The gate agent had a heavy accent and was difficult to understand. The cabin attendants were very mechanical. Because of the delay we were at risk of missing a connecting flight. I couldn't get any...

Very long flight to be nickel and dimed for basic necessities. Flight attendants were not very pleasant. I've flown to HI before and had better service on a different airline. Difficult to write this review, I usually like everyone.

The plane had mechanical problems and we never left YYC ......overnighted in the Delta Hotel at the airport.....returned with 4 hours sleep. They rerouted us through LAX on Air Canada. Well, that was a mistake. We landed at terminal 3 .....had 52 minutes to get to terminal 7.....which was impossible connections. Even the United personnel said " who booked this...

Departed on time. Friendly staff. Kept well informed. Good food and drink service. On our flight the entertainment packed up shortly after take-off. The staff worked hard to rectify, but had to admit defeat. There is the facility to use your own tablets/laptops to watch films etc., with mains charging points on each seat base, don’t forget USA adaptor. We...
