The food was poor, the service almost non-existent, VERY cramped seating and legroom, inflight entertainment was lackluster. There is really nothing good I can say at this point, unfortunately

Rested and Relaxed after a week of vacationing and needing to catch up on emails and get some work done. Seat at the back of the plane, fingers crossed not a full flight. I am the first one to get to the back of the plane, find my seat and go to stow my laptop. Opened the compartment above my...

Was a very nice non-stop flight. We got the economy plus seat that has a little more leg room which was a very good idea. The flight left and arrived on time which is very nice when you have time lines where you are going. The service on the flight was very nice and relaxing. I will defiantly will fly...

We usually fly on another airline, but United had better fares for a last minute trip to Charlotte last December. Both flights were connecting through O'Hare. Going out was not bad with the connecting flight, although the window was tight (just under an hour) so we had to walk quickly. Coming back was horrible. We flew back the Sunday after...

We had a connecting flight in Denver Colorado and due to some difficulties United airlines had to switch to a smaller plane, therefore they asked for volunters to give up their tickets and take a 3 hour lay over. So since we were in no hurry we agreed. For our hassle we recieved a 500.00 flight voucher. In total 1,000.00....

Our flight was seemless. The check in was easy. Our bags were weighed and ticketed. The flight left on time, was smoothe, and arrived twenty minutes early. The flight attendant was friendly and courteous throughout the flight. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our bags came off early and we were on our way into Nashville in no time.

Have flown with United more than any other airline. We carry a credit card which counts points toward united flights. Have received three free plane tickets to Maui in the way, and a free rental car. Love it, pay card off each month and use free points to fly. Win-win

UAL always takes good care of us. Since I need a wheelchair they took us first to the club and then right on the aircraft. The flight attendants did special things for us, and we are grateful!

Overall they served us well. Flights going were on time. Only complaint is the staff on board need to put on a smile and at least pretend they like there job.

First time I've flown United in many years, no reason just usually flew American. Booking was no problem, upgraded to economy plus which was a wise decision and the extra room was worth it. Aircraft was new and the return flight was on a newer 737. Good service and was on time with all bags. Will use them again
