I recently traveled with Turkish Airlines from Athens to Cuba via Istanbul, and my experience was an absolute nightmare. Our flight from Athens was significantly delayed "unruly passenger", causing us to miss our connection. Instead of providing an immediate solution, the airline left us stranded in Istanbul for two whole days with minimal communication or assistance.
When they finally rebooked us to Havana, they routed us through France, adding even more unnecessary delays and frustration. To make matters worse, our luggage was lost, and despite multiple attempts to claim compensation for the expenses, the inconvenience, and the lost baggage, Turkish Airlines completely ignored us and refused to reimburse us a single cent.
Turkish Airlines seems to have an unusually high number of “unruly passenger” incidents causing delays. Is it just bad luck, or a convenient way to create delays they can control—avoiding compensation payouts? Too suspicious to ignore!
