Overall Qantas is a great airline. Friendly staff, tend to depart on time and even manage to make up time if leaving a little late. The only thing my family and I have not been impressed with is the lunches provided on our recent flights from Melbourne to Cairns and back. The meal sizes are more like meals suited to...

Qantas staff all friendly and did their jobs well. Plane was on time and clean. Q Streaming entertainment worked well. Refreshments was tea/coffee/soft drink and kiddie pack of BBQ Doritos - I think the flight attendants stopped at Coles Express on their way to work and picked up a few family packs.... they were embarrassed to serve them.

Where to start. I decided that on my business trip to Melbourne I would take the advantage of coming home to Perth on the Dreamliner to see what all the hype was about. Could they keep up the great domestic business reputation that I have flown with on numerous occasion on their other planes. The thought of going through International...

I am not happy. Qantas purport to provide stress-free travel so why am I am ways stressed when I fly Qantas? Will the flight be late as usual and will I miss my connection that may result is even more drama (dollars, stress with no compensation from Qantas, just an insincere “sorry”). Take my recent flight as a classic example....

Had to get a last minute ticket on a Dash 8. Plane was delayed as the cabin crew were late getting in and by the way they strolled past us in the departure area were in no hurry to make up time. The trip was uneventful but quite cramped due to the curve of the plane on the window seat...

Every time I travel with Qantas I am appalled at the level of customer service. You pay a premium to fly with them domestically, so you expect a little more... I experienced issues with my self bag drop when I arrived one hour prior to my flight and there was NOT ONE customer service representative on the floor. When I...

While flying from Sydney to Beijing in May 2018 we were confronted with a situation that should never happen to a supposedly world class airline. Dinner was being served with three main courses on the menu, we were seated in row 39, not even half way down the aircraft. The not very friendly staff arrived and informed us that there...

Flew the non stop London Perth on Dreamliner.Just out of curiosity. Small light aircraft compared with the usual long hall, so was bumped around for just under 17 hours. Flight attendant said this was good flight compared with some for turbulence. so hate to be on a bad flight. seats are good, staff were great, food ok.left on time ,arrived...

We flew from Adelaide to Tokyo return with Qantas with 2 kids (16 & 11 years). Three of us had special meals which were very good .....vegetarian - 11 year old was very happy with his meal also. The service was good with a big choice of entertainment for all ages. The overnight return flight was reasonably comfortable as we...

Seamless flight of 4.5 hours duration. Had a window seat ahead of the engine so the noise-level was less than the trip before, Excellent selection of entertainment. The crew worked well together. Headset better than the pods sometimes made available.
