It was my first flight on Philippine Airlines and I had some reservation about the airline. I was very presently surprised and immediately became a member of their frequent flyer program. Admittedly the Airbus A330 was not the newest but it was obviously very clean and well maintained. Due to its age the inflight entertainment was non existing unless you...

Check-in took almost 1.5 hours. Flight delayed of 9 hours. Horrid food served on board. Far from a good trip.

We checked-in online which is what I usually do to skip or shorten the time that I'll spent on queueing, coz it's usually fast for it is practically just a "bag drop" and no queue at all. But this time when we arrived which is a little less than 3 hours before my flight. There was an unusually very long...

I have not flown this airline in overt two decades and was looking forward to a direct 16.5 hour flight from Toronto to Manila as I would not have to bother with a layover. The plane was a Boeing 777-300. I would say the flight was comfortable and I had plenty of legroom in the bulkhead row though I paid...

We flew from Melbourne on PAL and not having flown them before I was very surprised. High quality to say the least. Very well presented new fleet with plenty of leg room. Add to that the same quality flying from Manila to Ho Chi Minh and all up very satisfied

Well, it was a non-stop from SFO to Manila, so that was good. Business Class seats were OK, almost flat, so it was possible to sleep but why not all the way flat?? Attendants were nice. However, the lounges at SFO and Manila airports were truly the worst lounges I have ever been in and I have travelled all over...

I was in a flight from Lax to Manila during the Xiamen aircraft accident happened. My flight was delayed a few minutes so I departed around 1:57am in LA. It was a typical flight, they were assisting me and all that stuff since I was a minor/YP and I’m traveling solo not until we got into the Philippines. I arrived...

My flight to Manila and return was nothing to write home about. Cabin crew were friendly, but one plane was “tired”. No onboard entertainment and the food was mediocre. Thank goodness it’s a short flight. Terminal 2 in Manila is not up to much - very little food selection on offer. Having said that, it was a direct flight and...

The new airbus 321-231 has only 12 business class seats , my first impression was this looks a little tight but after sitting in the seat I found it quiet comfortable. The legrest has plenty of support unlike the A330 , it’s easy to lay down and watch a movie. I had seat 3J an isle seat so my friend...
