We flew from Brisbane to Manilla and the flight didn't seem long enough. From the moment we stepped on the plane you felt like a VIP. The Champagne was flowing before we even fastened our seat belt in our large seat that with the push of a button was a flat bed. Lunch followed soon after take off and that...

Flight was delayed boarding and I was a bit insecure with my connection in Shanghai. The staff at the Manila Philippines airline lounge reassured me that if there is a delay that could affected my connection they will take care of me to accelerate my connection in Shanghai or fine alternative flights options. In flight was amazing, hope I get...

Staff were friendly, flight was relatively comfortable. No complaints - exactly what I'd expect of an economy flight.

Took a flight to and from SIN to LAX transit at Manila. All flights arrived within scheduled timing. Only let down was the old in-flight entertainment system was down for 6plus hour during LAX to Manila. Their new planes are fantastic. Glad they offer a transit lounge for us to rest during transit
