We were meant to depart at 1410 from Manila NAIA but due to Tagbilaran airport only capable of handling one plane at a time, we were 35 minutes late , arriving 50 late. All the more annoying as everyone was on board by 1350 after we were bussed to the plane. Cabin crew were friendly with tea, coffee or water...

Melbourne - Manila - Tokyo, and return...friendly and very efficient crews. No delays, clean aircraft. Food was great except breakfasts. In a cardboard box, may as well just eat the box. Free WiFi MEL/ MNL both ways, great. Excellent in flight entertainment all flights. USB ports. Pillows, blankets and alcoholic drinks included... comfortable seats. Highly recommend.

It was a very smooth, pleasant flying experience. The food was good and the staff was good as well. The inflight movies were great. Will fly with them again very soon if I come back to this part of the world.

The new Airbus 308(?) features wifi even for economy class passengers. I tried it and it works...and it's fast. Thanks, PAL. However, this service is not available in older models of aircraft.

On the out going flight, I was excited to be flying on an A350 for the first time. There was in flight wifi advertised. Thought great. Well... Only the first 15 minutes are free. Just a teaser. That really was not that good. Then they charge $6.00 USD for an hour. What!? I paid $400.00 USD (very expensive) for return...

PR2860 on 15th October 2018 No bad experience but maybe a few suggestions: 1) Boarding gate - at least 12 passengers boarding at the lane for biz class but non of them on biz class. One passenger with a frequent flyer card brought 3-5 others to board. Rather messy. Until my turn, the staff asked me to queue at the...

Date: 15 October 2018 Flight from Manila to Tagbilaran [PR2777] Plane: Airbus 320-200 in nice condition. Checkin: Painless and wonderfully efficient Airport Security: terrible, I set off the metal detector and was unbelievably waved through, laptops were not asked to be taken out of bags, our tickets were not checked by initial security yet the locals all had theirs checked....
