All airlines get you from point A to point B. It's what's in between that counts. The good is you can get lots of alcohol and they give you packet with socks, a sleeping mask and tooth paste. The bad is the food and the layover in MNL. We went thru immigration on arrival and while waiting in the boarding...

I left my souvenir in overhead compartment, I found that after back to home, and call airline company immediately, That day, my flight was arrived at 20:00, NRT , Japan; local office was already closed and said, call again at next morning. Nice airplane but the ticket prices is overpriced for an hour ride only. You can get cheaper fare by boat but takes longer 24hrs I think but if you like adventure then try it!!

Flying to Manila the plane was not cleaned properly. The seat pockets of all 3 seats that we had were filled with half drunk cups of coffee and other rubbish! Disgraceful. Tea and Coffee served with warm water and a bun. Why they even bother I do not know! On our return flight, the same again! No ice, no cold...

As real drop in standards after a previous flight from Brisbane to Manila! Seats were scruffy, plane was without entertainment, aircraft less than half full, (no-one appeared to be in business class, and better seats were being touted for sale on board....not a courteous business proposition!

Great flight, lived up to 4 star rating on entry....Paid more for extra legroom , but worth it. Meals better than typical, generous drink choice.

They smashed my guitar and refuse to respond my emails regarding the situation. At the airport, they told me to go to a place to have checked out. The guy there was shocked they sent me there- their service was for ripped bags. They have since ignored my multiple attempts to contact them. Avoid this scumbags like the plague.
