Return flight delayed by two hours (no explanation when asked) - thereby resulting in missed transfer flight to final destination - delayed for two days as airline doesn't fly to final destination every day - additional cost to ourselves including new flight tickets, hotel accommodation and taxi transers too and from airport - meals etc. Tried numerous times to contact...

I have flown with Lion Air to and from Bengkulu, six times in the last year. It is a budget airline and thus no frills. The flight is one hour long and it is certainly fine for that trip. The seats are fine and the flight attendants are as well. In this last trip, we experienced a 5 and half...

Flight attendants were robotic and didn’t offer assistance with passengers carry on during boarding. Interactions with passengers didn’t have the ‘customer- service provider’ relationship. Flight attendants spent time gossiping with deadheading pilot instead of spending time caring for customers comfort.

Lion Air is well-known for not-so-very-well reputation, they delay most of the time. I've experienced their early morning, afternoon, and night flights, and found that you'd better to take EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS to avoid delay. I took 4:30 AM and 5:55 AM flights and it boarded as scheduled. On the contrary, I flew to Bali and Medan and both were...

We booked a flight from Batam to Bali via Bandung. But when we reached Hang Nadim airport we were referred to a gentleman Muhammad Arif who explained to us that the flight is 3 hours delayed. He took our passports and bought our tickets for Bali via Jakarta free of cost and that flight was on time. I don't remember...

We flew from Denpasar to Lombok return. Be aware that if flying with sister airline, wings, the checked baggage is less and they will normally sting you for excess baggage if slightly over. Lion air were great to fly with. Flight was no issue, and hostesses friendly.

We left the hotel early in the evening to get to the airport on time. Having checked-in on line the check-in was fast but due to the specific conditions of the airport everything looked tired and old. The waiting room was completely full, noisy and the air sticky and unpleasant due to all the travelers waiting to get on their...
