Pity you have to add ons star, they do not deserve even that. They charge you ridiculous price for their flights, and in the meantime you fly on an airplane where parts are fixed using a duck tape. I cannot add any picture here to warn you, be careful they aircrafts are not suitable for flying.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent customer service experience I encountered with KLM team. As a loyal passenger of KLM, I have always appreciated the high standards of service that your airline upholds. However, my recent interaction has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Firstly, I reached out to customer service regarding an issue I encountered during my recent flight. Unfortunately, the response time was significantly delayed, leaving me waiting for assistance for an extended period. This delay in communication added to my inconvenience and contributed to a feeling of neglect as a valued customer. Moreover, during my flight, I experienced a situation that left me feeling humiliated and ashamed. Despite the distressing experience, there was no gesture of goodwill extended to me by the airline. As a passenger who has consistently chosen KLM for my travel needs, I expected better support and understanding in such circumstances. It is disheartening to feel that when something goes wrong, the burden falls solely on the passenger. As someone who contributes to the success of your airline through ticket purchases and loyalty, I believe it is only fair to expect a level of accountability and empathy from the customer service team. In the past, KLM has set a benchmark for excellence in customer service, and it pains me to say that this recent experience falls short of those expectations. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to address these issues and restore the trust and confidence of loyal customers like myself.

I had a flight booked antwerp to hamburg bus amsterdam. They then canceled the first Penn and replaced it with Brussles Ham via Ams... KLM singapore, my hometown, told me to cal KLMl amsterdam.. quite pricey.. they said they could cancel the first leg, provide the flight AMS HAM and reimburse the travel antwerp amsterdam. Dieue to the change, I had to take extra luggage above 23 KG. The website offered 2 piece/23KG extra, so I booked that. Only at the airport AMS they told me it had to be in two pieces of 23 Kg each, I could not take 30 Kg in one. I got the same answer from the different KLM staff and was told to buy a second suitcase. Our 75 Euro overweight which I then did. THEY screwed up the schedule, canceled a flight and did not recognize their misleading offer. This whole KLM attitude is just disgusting

My old and retired Mom and Dad had a flight going back from Amsterdam to Toronto. We had specifically asked for Halal/Vegetarian meal, but nothing was served. Not even a bread and worst not even a drink was served to my parents. They had a horrible attitude and treated my parents differently compared to other passengers just because they are Muslims. Whoever is wearing hijab, they treat them badly. They even broke my mom's wheelchair. I would not recommend this airline again to my family and friends and especially to my Muslim brothers and sisters. I do not want them to experience what my parents had experienced.

Unfortunately it's a one star review based on very poor customer service / options. My layover in Schiphol has gone from a manageable couple of hours to seven and a half hours. Okay I can accept flights get cancelled etc. The issue is it is impossible to get any lounge access via my FlyingBlue account or My Trip page once logged in. Every avenue I try takes me back to My Trip and no option to add lounge access. It is also impossible to contact someone to sort this out. Cancelled flights okay - ignoring a passenger doing their best to alleviate the street not good at all.
