It flies non-stop to more than 85 destinations within the United States, as well as other points in North America, the Caribbean and South America. The airline's primary operating base is located at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Focus cities include Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood Int'l Airport (FLL), Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS), Long Beach Airport (LGB), San Juan's Luis Muñoz Marín Int'l Airport (SJU) and Orlando International Airport (MCO). Its fleet is primarily configured with just an Economy Class cabin, however, two-cabin service is available on a limited number of routes. JetBlue is not a part of any major airline alliance, but it does have codeshare arrangements with more than 35 other airlines.

The worst staff I've ever met

I wouldn't recommend these airlines to anyone. The flight was delayed, at the airport chaos, the staff very arrogant and without a personal culture treating passengers very crassly.

Just bad Staff

By far the worst staff I have ever encountered on and off flight. On the flight they were so rude because we had a tiny dog she kept on coming bag looking at him disgustingly although he was in his bag and we had paid for him to board with, also the staff in the airport are so terrible they are never at the Desk although there is 3 flights flying to new york you can’t speak with anyone which is just disgusting because when we called them they said oh talk to the guy on the desk and they are all clueless keep on sending you to another person

Cancel less than 12 hrs before flight with no explanation

Cancelled entire flight less than 12 hours before. Had to rebook in another city 2 hours away just to make it out the same day. No explanation as to the cancellation. Avoid Jet Blues if you’d like to keep your iteneraries and plans as they are.

Awful Airline

JetBlue is an awful airline. BOTH of my flights to and from Cabo were canceled due to “plane maintenance issues.” And both times, they leave you stranded with no alternative options.
I will never fly this airline again. If you would like to book a flight that never actually takes off, this is the airline for you.

Do not fly JetBlue!

Every time I fly JetBlue, my flight gets cancelled or delayed. They make up excuses and blame it on safety but it happens every single time. First it was delayed because inside the cabin was too cold, next it was delayed because the cabin smelled and it was not good for everyone safety. They have issues and should not be in business anymore because people rely on these flights.
