Just arrived back in Melbourne on JL773. There was a family of about 7 people including 2 children seated around and in front of us. For almost the entire flight one of both of the children were screaming or yelling, disrupting other passengers. The family members did little to curb that behaviour other than to say a quiet ‘shhhh’ occasionally....

Having flown several times I can say that Japanese airlines generally have great concern for hygiene and customer experience. They do not stuff too many passengers like some airlines do, their seats are comfortable and throughout the flight they ensure that you are hydrated and satiated. I took another connecting flight of JAL to Singapore and experience was consistent. Strongly...

Have a recent trip to Hokkaido, Japan is a nice and enjoyable while travelling with JAL. Being a premium economy customer we are allowed to enter to lounges both in Singapore and Japan international airport which actually allows us to rest inti before the flights. The sitting for the class is nice but the cushioning is a little thin it...

Travelled three different trips to Vietnam with Japan Airlines. Their service is outstanding and attention to detail is spot on. Enthusiastic and friendly staff that really make it seem like it’s their sincere pleasure to take care of their passengers.

My 1st time flying with JAL. Cabin Crew all are friendly. Asking how we doing? Etc. It’s so pleasent. Comfortable seat for Economy In flight entertainment bit disappointed. Can’t really enjoy it because not so many choices of current songs/movies Meal it’s okay. I ordered Moslem Meal (MOML) Overall, it’s a relaxing and enjoyable journey

Awesome airline, first time flying with JAL and would definitely do again. Service was prompt and first meal was great. Second in flight meal had some very oriental options which was not really suited to our taste but the service was outstanding. The screen entertainment was also excellent.

Never flown JAL before and to some good fares. The seats were comfortable, with individual lamps. Couldn't lie flat for sleeping but good enough. The entertainment system was one of the better ones and very easy to use. Choice of programs could be expanded. The care package was lovely with toothbrush, slippers, eye mask, face mask, water. The food was...

Everything was just above average compared to other airlines I've been flying with. The food was not that great but you get what you paid for. They also serve ice creams after meals. The best meal was the breakfast one because they served a 'known' Japanese burger on board. The flight attendants were great and very responsive.

This was my second time flying with Japan Airline. I really liked their service and their hospitality to their customers/passengers. First of all, I was happy with JAL when I flew with them two years ago, therefore I knew I wanted to fly with them again this year. My husband and I booked Economy seats from Kuala Lumpur to San...

Although only a 1 hour flight, I found JAL to be excellent. The aircraft, a 737 Winglet, was clean and spacious and the staff were very pleasant from check in to flight attendants. Free on board WiFi was an added bonus. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a good flight experience.
