This is little late as we travelled Oct 17. But due a stroke on return, it has taken some time to get this written. More to follow on our trip to Japan. First time booking FRIST with any airline. But this was a special trip and a surprise for my wife. We were directed to the private check-in area, and...

Initial flight was from Shanghai to Tokyo and I had to change planes to get to LA. the plane was almost an hour late in leaving Shanghai and i was going to miss my connection in Tokyo. I asked the flight attendant about it and she said not to worry. When I arrived in Tokyo, a woman from Tokyo airlines...

I flew Economy Plus from Boston to Tokyo on the 787. Very comfortable and spacious seats with a large monitor and USB charger. The staff was excellent and attentive. The food was also very good. One of the best flight experiences I have had in a while. Close to 13 hours but very comfortable.

When flying to South East Asia you have many options. For me it will always be JAL Premium Class. For only a few dollars more JAL premium class offers many luxuries: Lounge, wider seat with foot rest and separate line for ticketing. In all my years of flying I found JAL one of the best experiences followed by Lufthansa. What...

What I admired most about Japan Airlines (JAL) was their staff. Whether it be at the check-in, at the gate or in the cabin they were all wonderful. Kind courteous and helpful. It makes me wonder why other airlines can’t be like JAL. Their inflight meals weren’t great and movies on offer were not good either. But these minor deficiencies...

I flew business class from Guangzhou (CAN) to Tokyo (HND) on Japan Airlines (JAL). The flight was on a Boeing 787. I selected JAL based on lowest price (excellent value for money) for the business class airfare, time of day departure, and the non-stop, direct service. I departed from Guangzhou instead of Shenzhen, as the price was less by about...
