Seats were bigger than other airlines. The alcohol on board is free. Flight attendants speak Spanish and English. No media or entertainment though.

I'm sure I was on a newer aircraft because it was really incredible. Lots of leg room, comfortable seats, the SMOOTHEST flight I've ever been on. Like a Prius in the sky, it hardly made any noise. Watching the take off and landing from the TVs was also an interesting experience, but to be honest I had to look away...

Interjet is one of the better airlines I have flown. The planes have lots of leg room. The pilots are excellent. The only thing I would like to see is Mexican snacks! Would love to see Sabritones instead of Doritos! This is the only airline that gives you alcoholic beverages without charging you $10 for one drink! I would also...

I fly this airline often around Mexico and Latin America. The problem is they are consistently inconsistent. Sometimes they are on time with great service but when they are not, it can really bad. They can be hours late without an explanation. They have hidden charges if you are not reading the fine print. Their communication can be both good...

This company are useless when it comes to helping customer they don't care from staff tu managers. When you need to make itinerary changes they take advantage of the situation and over charge. I could find tickets for cheaper with other airlines is a disgrace I've never had such an awfull and negative experience in all my years of traveling

My flight was leaving at 6:55 am. I got there at 4:30, no one was there at the front desk. I waited for a little to check in my bags. It was getting close to 6 when I decided to call. They told me I was late, the ticket said to be there 3 hours before boarding. I was there...

With no further notice on their website they changed their prices about documented lugagge. I paid for a "light" ticket so no baggage included. $240dlls for 4 pieces was a lot of money!

We boarded our flight three times, twice we were removed from the plane, once presumably for a communications equipment issue and once because someone had left the plane without permission which was a security issue. That was the only communications given for any of the 14 hour delay that we experienced. As compensation we were provided with inadequate food vouchers valued...

This domestic Mexican airline rang me at 7:30 am to advise me that my 12:55 flight “might” be cancelled and wanted to offer me a place on a later flight “just in case”. Faced with the prospect of an unnecessary trip to the airport and the thought of a cancelled flight, it was not hard to persuade me to take...
