Always a wonderful experience. The food is excellent and the service is really “first class”. It is the perfect way to start a Hawaiian vacation.

If your on Hawaiian, you're probably going to (Yay!) or from (Auwe!) Hawaii. So that is a good thing! From the people on the ground to the in flight staff everyone is genuine and accommodating. The 767 I was on is probably on it's way to retirement. Very clean and well maintained, I did make it after all, but clearly...

We bought extra comfort seats. The seats were more spacious and that's the only different from normal seat. Don't recommend to waste money on the upgrade. The thing that we were very unhappy of was Priority boarding. Clearly there were so many passengers in zone 3 and higher ahead of us, and the staffs didn't enforce. We ended up being...

Hawaiian airlines has a very friendly, accommodating staff. The seating is a little cramped unless you are in business/first class (recommend). Easy, short flight.

This was my first time to take this airline since it was last minute decision Not please with free food offer which pretty sad and not anything. Plane was full and seats were okay. On my way back to Seattle I was unable to use my headset due the fitting on the plane. Not a wonderful experience at all

Service staff were efficient and helpful just like the locals in Hawaii. The sears seem to be more spacious than others I’ve experienced; it’s a 3 x 4 x 3 in terms of a row making the sears fairly wide. The only issue is the food variety is lacking and falling behind Qantas otherwise it’s a top notch airline. The...

We have always flown Hawaiian airlines and spend extra to fly to Las Vegas because they don’t fly from my city. The flight out was ok, plane was newer, had inflight entertainment but they charge for it, $8.99 per movie. We paid a boatload of money for a family vacation and were shocked they charge. I felt bad for parents...

We flew Hawaiian from Seattle-Maui-Kona-Maui-Seattle. Every flight was on time, service was friendly and bags arrived promptly. We flew premium economy Seattle Maui Seattle. Only comment would be that for the $80 upgrade fee, would be nice if drinks were complimentary, even if the fee was higher. Do not appreciate having to pay additional fees for cocktails. I do not...

This was a relatively short flight but what made it stand out was how the ground staff in Kauai dealt with a delay caused by an aircraft equipment problem. Shortly after our plane arrived we were told there would be a delay for a maintenance issue. A short while later we were told that it would be half an hour...

The in-flight service was up to expectation, but the food (brunch) in 1st Class left little to be desired. The old planes used for the SJC/HNL route cannot be compared to the newer planes flying to/from SFO, but then it is no worse than other domestic U.S. airlines.
