Pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the Airline and onboard Service. The aircraft was small - a 190 with usual 4 seats across - but made Moscow comfortably in 2.5 hours at 900 knots with no bumps. Some times it pays to break away from the recognised Airlines and try something different................this experiment was a notable success.

Excellent flight accompanied by good food and a CAPTAIN that was both funny and informative about likely bumps on the way and pointing out all the Sites and Cities on either side of the plane enroute. I wish I could come across more Captains of his ilk much more often.

After reading some reviews I was a bit concerned. We booked our flights (Tbilisi-Paris-Edinburgh) via Air France. Our first leg was operated by Georgian Airways. At the check-in counter they wouldn't give us our second ticket, they said we had to get it in Paris (despite being from the same alliance). They sent our bags straight to the final destination...

I don’t even know where to start. Plane has no balanced air conditioning so we would be really cold for 10 minutes and really hot for another 10 which careied on for 5 hours! Plane Smelt awful & chairs were so uncomfortable my back and shoulders still hurt from it. We had to pay so much money for tickets &...

This is my second time using this airline. Check in is a breeze. Transit in Tbilisi is great and they even picked up my bags and re checked it for me. Very friendly staff and even the security at transit desk is great. The flight was great. And the wine was perfect. No problem in asking for more wine.

We traveled in the business class by Georgian Airways on a flight A9 707 on September 27th 2018 from Tbilisi to Brussels. Before the departure while the airplane main door was still open we noticed a cigarette smoke smell. We thought this smoke was coming from outside of the plane. The plane departed around 8:00 am local time. During the...

Given the awful reviews we were pleased that Georgian Airways recognised our booking and it took off on time. Some chaos from some passengers who didn't seem to grasp they'd been allocated seats but that was sorted. New aircraft (Embraer 190) so no complaints there. The food was disgusting. Pretty much inedible on the way out even with a choice...

I flew Seattle-Atlanta-Barcelona-Tbilisi on September 18-19. The last leg was on Georgian Airlines. My luggage was checked in all the way to Tbilisi. When I arrived in Tbilisi, my luggage did not show up. I filled out the PIR form in the Lost and Found office in Tbilisi airport. The GA employee assured me that my bag would arrive to...

Was a bit apprehensive but there was no need to be concerned. The service was good and there were no hitches or glitches at any point. There was no trolley service on the plane but we were given a meal and a drink part way through both flights / routes we took with Georgian airways. The planes were quite small,...

The flight was just a few minutes late taking off from Gatwick. The seats had sufficient leg room and the safety instructions were given in Geordan and English. There appeared to be just three flight attendants- one(female) in the business class cabin and two males serving economy. A meal, that was not particularly appetising, was served during the overnight flight....
