The crews are very friendly and responsive. Love the Taiwanese porridge and the Asian food choices. They even have the famous Ding Tai Feng beef noodle in their menu. However, the chairs are too hard and narrow. It is not comfortable enough for long haul flight and the movie programs are limited.

Top notch service on board, extremely clean restroom, the crews constantly cleaned through out the whole flight. Food quality was good, plenty of snacks in between meals. The layover in Taoyuan was 4 hrs, however, TPP airport provides free shower, incl. shampoo and bath gel, no towel, which make very convenient for passenger in transit, we can freshen up after...

The seats were super comfortable and the staff were all so nice. The food was great and they came around a lot. I do wish they would offer more alcoholic beverages. They only came around once for drinks and the rest of the time only tea/coffee/water were offered. On a flight that long I’d prefer a little something to calm...

EVA is based out of Taiwan. They have incredible attention to detail. My wife loved that the washrooms felt like a spa with so many options of refreshment in their. The food was fine enough and the on board entertainment had plenty of options. This was a bigger plane so it was quite modern. The staff were considerate and gracious....

Wow! This flight was so cheap compared to the codeshare of Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways. Same price as the lower quality Chinese airlines with much higher standards. Well worth the upgrade. The food was pretty good as was the service. The area is curtained off from economy so no sharing toilets. Really no complaints. If I had to find...

Took Eva Air from Singapore to Taipei. Staff were young and friendly. Their in flight entertainment is better than SIA in terms on their earpiece to watch the movies. Movies selection are very limited.

Flew on a gudetama plane with a really cute sanrio boarding pass. The cutest I’ve seen! Service was okay. Food was so-so. I like how they give a little something to kids to enjoy the flight. Always a good idea to fly in a regular plane. Helps also if you pre select your meals as tou get to be served...

We flew from a Houston to Saigon on oct 11, with a short layover in Taipei. Overall, the experience was miles ahead of US carriers for a competitive price. Seats were comfortable for a long flight with plenty of room to recline and being able to sleep. Food was significantly better than what one can experience on US. Carriers. Most...

We recently flew vancouver to ho chi min via Eva air and we pleasantly surprised! The reviews on the product from other posters are true, saying what a wonderful airline it was . I have been a loyal Air Canada customer many years, with elite star Alliance gold status. We chose to change it up due to price and logistics...
