Brisbane to Taipei was a dream flight in terms of service. Cabin comfort on this older A330 was OK but you could not have been looked after better. Food OK, wine exceptional. Short transfer in Taipei next A321 flight also very friendly and food a little better, cabin newer but a short haul configuration. Slept quite well. Had not flown...

We connected from a small Alaska Air flight for a 10hr leg Seattle to Taipei enroute to Denpasar, Indonesia (another 5 hrs on EVA). We saw itineries for $800 but opted for better times and portioning of the 17 hr flights with EVA for about $1500 each. We were expecting to get the unusually good service we've gotten from Singapore...

I was a bit skeptical when booking my flights to Manila as I'd never heard of EVA AIR before. Prices were very competitive and reviews quite positive online. I gave it a try and I could not be happier with the decision. Fantastic service (upgraded to Premium), fair price, punctual and decent food. the EVA app + onboard entertainment could...

Spacious seats, excellent service and non stop flights to Taipei. The food was excellent and the multimedia choices and amenities very good. A very clean and on time aircraft, with superior courtesy.

Flew EVA economy from Chicago to Taipei then onto Hong Kong. Was expecting limited leg room due to reviews that said there were infotainment boxes blocking most aisle seats. However, no such boxes were observed. Economy flight included: Slippers, headphones (2 prong jacks), blanket, pillow, and in economy restrooms there were: eye masks, foam ear plugs, and toothbrushes available.Seat recline...

Hidden Gem. I was pleasantly surprised with the leg space , flight comfort , staff attitude and food. Much better than Cathay which is 10 times bigger but not so efficient Must try EVA air if available on some routes that you fly

I regularly travel between London and Bangkok using the more recognised airlines. Spotted a cheap EVA flight and after checking out a few reviews - decided to try and what a good choice!!! LHR - BKK flight was very good. On the return flight, as I am Star Alliance Gold I tried the EVA lounge at BKK - much better...

First time flying with EVA and it was a pleasant experience. Flying round-trip to Manila with a layover in Taiwan. It was my longest flight to date, 15 hours Chicago to Taoyuan Taiwan, the in flight entertainment was good, and the service was excellent. The prices were exceptional, possibly as EVA had recently opened the route? Definitely would fly again....

On our first trip to Bangkok we decided to fly Eva airlines straight from Houston to Taipei and then Bangkok. We choose premium economy because of the length 15+ the first leg of our trip plus my husband is tall and needs extra leg room. The overall flight was good.
