I needed to get from New Zealand to the UK quite quickly. I had never thought of Emirates before, but they have a direct flight from Auckland to Dubai and then a shorter flight to your European destination so the time to get to destination was attractive. I was however very apprehensive of such a long flight in economy (I...

Flight from Manchester to Dubai on the top deck of the A380 was fantastic. Transfer to the 777 Perth flight was a little problematic. It required a long bus transfer which travelled all around the terminal in 35 plus degrees. However, once loaded and on our way all was forgiven.

Terrible experience from wonderful airline. Traveled in the airline famous for being the best in class. I, unfortunately, was not lucky enough to experience of the world famous services. I flew in EK 514 on 18th July. The food tray on my seat was broken which opened with the touch of a feather and hit my leg. Could not rest...

Flight attendants were attentive , the toiletry bag was amazing I can’t fault anything . I think once you travel Emirates and business class you are definitely spoilt.

Although I believe Emirates offers the best service, cord-shared flights with Qantas Airways are usually a disappointment. Flight attendants are arrogant; sometimes they ignore (or maybe they have just forgotten) requests. In other flights, they ask your kid's age for kids toy, but they never did so in Qantas. I have 2 small daughters, and though I ask attendants to...

I love flying Emirates. Economy has so much more room than other airlines. Service is excellent. I fly at least twice a year from Sydney to Zurich and I would not choose another airline.

I try my best NOT to fly economy, but, I had no choice this time around. Emirates was a great flight, even in economy. Granted you need to sit at the bulk head for the extra leg room, but the over all flight (13 hours back to the US) was great.

I am travelling with Emirates for last 12 yes plus. Most noticeable change in its attitude in recent 2 years is poor in flight and in terminal services. Right from food selection, wine n whiskey, fruits, toilets, interminal restroom facilities. Gradually a downward trend is highly in practice. Still due to very old habit Me n my family still prefer Emirates....

We flew over with Lion and returned with Emirates, same size plane, inflight snack provided with quick service as flight is only 40 minutes. Flight left right on schedule, take off and landing very smooth for small plane. excellent, why take boat when you can fly for same price or less???
