It was a pleasant flight, we departed on time. The seats were comfortable and the free food and drinks added a nice touch.

Departing Kalamata, Greece we were forced to check in on time, even knowing that the flight was 2 or 3 hours late. It ended up being 4 hours late. Kalamata Airport can be described as a large hot shed with one small shop and not enough of anything. The flight was delayed due to manifest issues and then finding they...

It took 2 flights each way. On each the flight attendants were all very nice. The vegan meals I ordered were all actually edible. The plane was clean. My biggest complaint is the space under the seat, with the electronic boxes you can't even fit a backpack. So I learned from the first flight to board quickly so I could...

Seats no better than Easyjet (I measured space)took over an hour for a drink food poor. With the cost of Club Class worst value- of any airline (.BA had clearly increased number of Club class seats for max profit). When you consider service and comfort of so many other airlines nowadays BA is just not worth taking. The old adage ABBA (Any one...

Watch out if you flight between UK and Spain or viceversa. It doesn't matter with who do you book or operates the flight, they will make you dizzy when checking in transfering you from one airline to the other, ending always in British airways and not being able many times to check in online (as in the past century). It...

I flew from (Heathrow) London to Ibiza with British Airways a week ago then return to Kuala Lumpur from London (Heathrow). Unfortunately I didn’t get my bag when I got to Ibiza as well as when I got back to Kuala Lumpur (a week later) I filed out the PIR at the help desk. I was very frustrated because it...

I ma very disappointed. My last flight in a BA flight was 3 years ago. I was always very impressed with the service and the food. To say the least it went down considerably. Service very bad and food is not good. They are following in the foot steps of SAA of serving dry food on plane.Shocking to say the...

This was my 3rd flight with BA where they have run out of food! The flight was full but they should expect to load enough meals on board... I was given a congealed, bacon/ breakfast sandwich passed its sell by date! Also requested water to drink and they had also run out. Such a basic to carry. My husband had...
