Didnt manage to check in 24 hours before so i got seat 76E which is near the back in the middle up stairs on an Airbus a380. However apart from that i can honestly say my journey was cramped but comfortable The meals were wholesome and tasty there was plenty to drink from takeoff to landing. And the cabin crew...

Check-in, boarding all went well and the flights were on time but the new approach to food "service" is terrible. Not only was the service incredibly slow there was insufficient food on board to feed the passengers. On our outbound flight (morning flight) I ordered a yogurt which I paid for then was told they had run out of yogurts...

I have travelled to Cape Town with BA three times in the last two years and each time it has been a very stressed journey. Twice they have said they cannot check us in because the flight is full and we didnt check in on line. The second time it was because their website wasnt working that I could not...

British Airways are one of only three airlines in the world to fly non-stop to Bangkok, employing B-777's. The seating is somewhat cramped, but the food was alright. Punctuality was not good on either leg, but time was made up on the flight both ways. Cabin staff should bring round more soft drinks during the flight, especially for window seat...

Night flight - evening meal served was awful as was breakfast the following morning. The plane was freezing and I asked for an extra blanket - they didn't have any! Well, I am sure if I had been in business class or first class they would have given me a duvet! Was at the back of the plane and all...

I have been a huge BA fan with 6 years' Gold status. Sorry to see it all drop: very slow meal service in short haul Economy, need to pay for all meals and drinks. Mediocre food on long haul (Club, Econ Plus and Economy). Dirty interior, disengaged staff, drop in points awarded per flight. A huge disappointment - will leave...

February 20th, 2017: Touch of spring on the horizon. Boarding start promptly and we are at T5 ten minutes ahead of schedule, good timing and ample time to catch my next flight. No lemon biscuit for breakfast:-( I make do with short bread and pastries.

February 17th, 2017: Another Friday flight to Brussels. Check in in was smooth, it can be sometimes chaotic even with the Fast Track (cant wait for the 'new First/Gold check in lane'. Quick early supper at Concorde Lounge, boarding was smooth and as with flights to Brussels, stress-free
