The airline is good but the staff are not too friendly. If you are travelling with children - it is better to opt for another airline.

Oh how the mighty have fallen. Poor service, terrible movie selection and screen. The food served in business class was abysmal. Much better options available at better prices. Ba you must up your game to regain your place in the top 10. Only major plus was the luggage allowance which I did not really need for my holiday

I used to adore BA. Flying with them was like the aerial version of how I imagine going on the QE2 must have been. Elegant, refined, with service to die for. Bets lounges, great flights. Alas, BA has fallen into being an expensive version of what US domestic carriers are now - bland, low cost, treating their customers like commodities....

For her 62nd birthday my wife and I planned to take a week vacation in London. I started doing my normal trip planning, trying to maximize our American Airlines’ frequent flyer miles. Much to my surprise I found the relatively new route from our nearby Austin, TX airport was a ‘codeshare’ flight of American. I had assumed we would have...

Great staff, helpful, considerate and attaining the traveler's needs. Our flight was delayed at departure, but we recovered in air and actually landed earlier than planned, which is always a bonus. I definitely recommend British Airways, as it is one of the best airlines

We flew from London City, which was convenient for us. The staff was friendly and helpful from the luggage check-in to landing. The plane was comfortable with 4 seats per row [ 2 by 2]. The stewardesses made sure we are comfortable and enjoying our trip all the time. Luggage allowance is generous and prices are affordable.

Travelled with BA for our first visit to New York, flights were on time. The aircraft was clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from the cabin crew, with a very tasty food and drink selection. It's why where possible I always fly BA.

Recently took the family to California on holiday and decided to treat us all to Club World. British Airways Club World is as you would expect a fantastic way to fly. The seats were excellent, the food was great, even the kids meal was served on proper plates with proper cutlery! I want to thank Emma who was our attendant...

Very comfortable seat, although in a row of 4, at the back of plane. Plenty of room, reclining space. Good choice of food, provided with small bottles of wine for dinner, not just a glass. Offered plenty of water and juice throughout. Decent breakfast too. Nice staff. Have flown BA domestically too and also to Venice, not always worth the...
