British Airways is operated by Com-Air in South Africa - and so is Kulula. Had a nice experience on British Air tickets; with the highlight being a 2 bag per person allowance in Economy - a rarity for South Africa internal travel - and for that matter anywhere else in the world today. The service was excellent and in-flight crew...

My overseas airline of choice is always British Airways. I fly every year to London and this year from London to Nice and back. BA is friendly, courteous, on time, and nothing is ever too much trouble for the cabin crew. Nine hour flights from Canada to the UK can be gruelling, so I always pay that bit extra and...

Normally travel economy but received an email offering me to upgrade to Club Class. So glad I did. I get quite nervous and was travelling alone. I had plenty of room a lovely lunch and the offer of alcohol if I wanted it. Paying for the discounted offer was worth it for me. Get onto the plane quicker, no lengthy...

I always try to book BA flights, the extra baggage allowance, snack and free drink make this a cut above the cheaper airlines, always have a good experience with BA unlike a few of the cheaper airlines. Worth paying a little bit more for the peace of mind

British Airways is obviously more expensive than the budget airlines, but if you can afford the difference, especially if a Gunner flying to London for a match at the Emirates - getting into Heathrow means you can just get the tube straight to the station, although I'm sure you will have got an early enough flight that you are left...
