ONE supervisor in Denver deemed my passport too damaged to fly, even though Customs, TSA, other Airline supervisors and eventually Aruba itself said my passport was acceptable. She refused to let me fly until I paid $200 for a same day expedited passport- the next flight wasn't until the next day. She was wrong and would not make the day...

The flight was a bit delayed arriving from Charlotte, NC, but not too much...the second leg was also had an ontime departure dispite the fact that it was a full flight. The flight itself was a bit bumpy due to the weather, but nothing very disturbing. Arrival was very close to the original flight time arrival...all good. The flight returning,however,...

Flying business or first class (what ever they call it) is the only way to go. We were on time and all the employees were helpful and friendly. Plenty of room and drinks and good service, but the food is just not what is used to be.

I will start by saying that my flight to Punta Cana was great. But on both legs, Denver to Charlotte and Charlotte to Punta Cana, the seat next to me was empty. I did not have that fantastic luck on my way back. On the first leg from Punta Cana to Miami I had an aisle seat. And the second...

The staff I interacted with during travels were all very friendly and helpful. Check in was very straightforward and I would recommend the use of their app as it gives up to date information about gates and boarding times. The airplane was clean and one air hostess in particular was wonderful! Complimentary snacks and drinks were offered during the flight....

The taxi dropped us off at Miami International Airport. We noticed the curb check in and checked in immediately as there was no queue. The gentleman who checked us in was more concern about a gratitude and that is all he could speak about. After handing our boarding passes my husband gave him $5.00 and we went into the airport....
