Although the flight in itself was smooth, a 767, has no video at your seat. Okay I could get by with that but the plane was freezing cold. Everyone turned off their individual a/c but still the plane was freezing. People were huddled under the one blanket they gave you, coats over their heads, etc. when I went up to...

American Airlines new policy is if you don’t pay for seat assignment you must pay to check all of your bags. we paid the fee to check our bags. Went to Dominican republic for a week. My son‘s suitcase never made it to the Dominican republic. I called the first three days of our vacation and American airline promised me...

Just a forewarning, under the seat "carry-on" is about 1/3 of the size of typical carry-on. You have to check the bag for $50. So, unless you travel with all of your items that can fit into a medium sized purse, you won't save any money flying with American Airlines and the service and flight experience is terrible to boot....

I was really looking forward to a mini-break to NYC with my sisters, which was over a year in the planning. We arrived at the airport giddy with excitement and anticipation, even the short delay to the fight didn't dampen our spirits. However, once on-board disappointment set in quickly. We had been looking forward to getting comfortable and choosing our...

The gate agents in Montreal arrived very late, were not courteous, and did not keep us informed as to what was happening with the flight. It turned out the the plane we were going to board was arriving late and that was delaying boarding and departure. The plane was obviously not cleaned at all between flights. There were chunks of...

Juan is a great flight attendant on this route, you're lucky if you get him. AA is now flying a 777, so that a HUGE improvement over the 767. It's hard to rate AA since I'm a DFW hostage to them. Didn't pay extra for exit room or early boarding because I'm platinum for life.

The flight left on time and arrived about 20 minutes ahead of scheduled. The only recommendation I have is the boarding process. I think passengers should board from back to front so people do not have to wait as long to get to their seats while passengers are stopped in the aisles.

Compared to another airline we use to arrive in Vegas, American Airlines was a beautiful experience. Boarding was on time, quick, and easy. The attendants and pilots were courteous. They still offer FREE non-alcohol beverages. The flight was smooth along with the landing. The plane itself was a little outdated but very clean and as comfortable as economy gets. I...

I flew this route 4 times in 2 weeks. Even in first class, the customer service, both gate agents and flight attendants were rude and/or indifferent. I was flying with two young children. No one offered any help. Gate agent was rude in DCA saying, "Wake up! Time to move along and board," when one of the children paused for...
