Airline disaster!

Our flight got canceled, we were ok with that. They had no idea what they were doing before canceling the flight (someone needs to be trained). They sent us to a hotel that was less then clean and I'm not sure they were happy to see us all. Back at American airlines the ppl at the desk boarding were rude and not helpful. I'll never fly this airline again. After a very pleasant week of vacation in a beautiful country to have to deal with this is a disgrace for American airlines!

American Airlines was delayed both ways causing me to miss flights, they were rude to me in Minneapolis, and stated that they were delayed to crew issues, people on other American airline flights were also having issues with delays while other airlines were not having the same issues. I have never had such a stressful travel with any other airline. It was bad from Charleston and back to Charleston

From my favorite airline to one I would avoid
Bangor - PhiladelphiaDomestic
Terrible experience with phone agents and conflicting information when arriving at airport. Was told one thing by multiple phone agents and entirely different rules at the ticket counter. I was told I could fly standby on my special needs son's flight but ticket agents were not allowed to put me on the list despite empty seats. Also wouldn't change his flight so he could go with me, again despite empty seats on my flight. Horrible service and I hope I never have to fly American again.

Treated like a criminal for a mistake made by American Airlines, forced off the plane, penalized for their error.

Connecting flight from CLT to PBI was cancelled. Was given a new boarding pass for a later flight. Boarded the new flight, was seated and was told I had been issued a duplicate ticket and I was ordered off the plane, threatened by the crew they would call security and the police if I didn’t comply. Was publicly embarrassed, humiliated. I was going to Florida for my father’s funeral the next day. Traumatic experience, no apologies from AA. Will never fly AA again!
