It is always a pleasure to fly Alaska Airlines. This particular flight was well ahead of schedule (due in the most part to the winds but none the less). The flight staff is always nice. They communicate well. And you always get your bags in a timely manner or they award you with flight credit or miles.

I worked with Alaska Airlines on a flight issue. Their agents were clearly actively trying to look at things from my family's point of view and find the best solution possible. This issue involved a couple airlines, so it required a couple conversations with Alaska Airlines. Each time I was impressed with their knowledge and focus on making things right...

Normally I would prefer to fly Hawaiian Airlines to Maui. This was a last minute flight so we took Delta over and Alaska back. Normally in first class, I’m used to being served a drink before take off. There were waters sitting at our seats, but that was all. When they asked what we would like for our meals based...

Very nice airlines. On time for all 4 segments of our trip. Comfortable seats. Courteous flight attendants. Economically friendly prices to transport us across the country on our way to Alaska.

Recent weekend October trip to San Diego with 2 other couples. We picked Alaska Air for price but also Customer Service. We had great experience flying out to San Diego from Mpls. The process of getting everyone on the plane was good, finding spots for carrying on bags took a few extra mins, but no biggie. We on a E175...

We have found them to be the best airlines we have ever used! The flight staff is always friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond to make things as comfortable as possible. The seats are more comfortable that many of the other airlines and the mileage plan is the best in the industry!

Return flight- Kelowna to Seattle to Albuquerque. Paid for "premium economy". It doesn't exist on the YLW to SEA portion but did give us more options for seating I think. On the SEA to ABQ flights, we were in premium economy and I would say was worth it. We had priority boarding after business, 4" more leg room- excellent legroom...

Flight to Lihue scheduled to depart at 10:15. Pulled away from the gate at 10:13 with every seat full. Had to wait 50 minutes while 30 planes used the runway - seemed like only one was available. However, the staff were super nice. Drink service came through 3 times. Meals were excellent. Expensive (9.50) but excellent, fresh ingredients. Ended up...

First time flying on Alaska Airlines. Check-in and boarding process was very easy. Staff was very nice and offered great service. Plane was clean. Our aircraft did not have monitors but they did offer tablets for entertainment. I would definitely fly them again if ever heading to the pacific northwest.

Aircraft operate with two classes of service: First Class and Main Cabin (Economy Class). Premium Class in the Main Cabin, offering additional legroom and priority boarding, is being added to aircraft. Passengers flying in First Class have access to the airline's Alaska Lounge with locations 7 airports. On 25 April 2018, Alaska Airlines and Virgin America merged. The combined airline is known as Alaska Airlines. The combined fleet consists of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and Embraer aircraft.
