A founding member of the SkyTeam alliance, Air France flies to about 35 destinations within France and about 170 destinations in 93 other countries. Non-stop flights are available to points across Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America. International long-haul flights typically feature three or four classes of service. For short- and medium-haul flights within Europe, the airline uses a three-cabin configuration. AF has hubs at Paris's Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) and Orly Airport (ORY).

Terrible overbooking and timing

I have booked a flyed with KLM and they overbook they change me with AF and the fly was terrible. No space for things even though my big baggage I had send it directly to the point. The fly was 30 min late and I had no time for the connection to Berlin. This is a terrible experience and I was anxious of not losing my flight that was given by them.
If you are changing the flight of your clients please try to make it better not worse.

Business Class with Air France

Flew with Air France in Business class on 19th Jan from BHX to CDG, the Sky Priority service was really efficient, we were able to instantly check our bags in once check-in opened and skip the queue, and had access to an amazing lounge. We had a three course meal and hot and cold drinks on the plane, extra leg room and the staff in particular were amazing. The air host and hostess we had on our flight can’t be faulted. They were efficient, friendly and attentive, and really made the experience so much better. On the way back to BHX all the Air France staff are just as friendly as they were on our departure.

Run away from them

They lost my parents luggage and offered me $105.and they still affirm luggage was delivered without checking all the proof I got even FedEx who supposed to ship it to my a address declared lost

Air France Paris to Zurich

Plane was on time, spacious, comfortable and clean! Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Food was good and exceeded expectations. We had the exact same experience returning to Paris with Air France. They even checked in our hand luggage for free!

Air France, JHB to CDG, direct flight

I flew Air France direct from JHB OR Tambo to Paris Charles De Gaulle over night. My flight left on time - it was clean and comfortable. The legroom in economy was good enough for a 12 hour flight. One thing I didn’t expect was that the staff speak in French first and then in English (once they realize that you are not French speaking). The food was good - I ordered a special vegetarian meal and it was hot and appetizing. The WiFi didn’t work on the flight so that was a bit disappointing. There were many choices of movies and series on the infotainment screens, they had some quite recent movies and series as well which was a plus. The earphones, pillow and blanket were a nice gesture towards comfort on the flight. Earphones worked nicely with the screen. Breakfast was also good. We actually arrived earlier than expected. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Air France to all flying into France and surrounding areas in Europe. I would also suggest signing up for their reward program and downloading the Air France app - it makes checking in and finding bags very easy!

Allow at least two hours for connecting flights at CDG Paris. And, put apple airtags in your checked bags

Never fly Air France.U pay for benefits U won't get. 100s & 100s sat in Business very overcrowded.Pod seats hit yours.No privacy,Food RanOut
