I'll start with a qualification - rating and review within N American standards and expectations. N Americans, unless they use other carriers, especially Asian, don't know what they're missing. For instance, I'd taken a flight in Asia on another A320 with 6 flight attendants and this had 3. The crew were attentive and very pleasant and clearly focused on their...

I've never seen such rude flight attendants in my life. Food was absolute horror. I couldn't really tell what I was eating. Their "continental" breakfast was a packaged cake of some sort but looked more like the bar they ate on "Snow Piercer" movie. I had one bite and spit it back out. I reached out to their customer care...

The flight between Comox and Vancouver is relatively short at about 20 minutes but just the same this can be a start to a great vacation or an end to one. Staff at Comox I find are very helpful and courteous and always happy to see you return. The actual flight from Comox to Vancouver always pleasant, small plane but...

Our family decided to try out the premium economy service given that it was such a long flight plus the very lacklustre reviews I have read about AC economy class comfort & service. The seating was a plus (extra legroom plus a little extra width of seats) and this made the difference b/w no sleep and a little sleep. But...

I am not a fan of Air Canada at all.. I don't even know where to begin.. from the rude service, torn open luggage upon arrival or when I missed my flight due to a malfunction on their check in machine.. I arrived for my 6:20am flight at 4:00am.. I had checked in online but when I went to check...

This man could not explain why only Air Canadas software did not work at the electronic check in, all the other airlines worked fine, he said it was not "his" problem, the line up took nearly an hour.... No wonder I avoid our national airline like a plague.....

Having booked an Air Canada Vacations 7 day vacation package to the Hotel Nacional in Havana it was very worrying to be told at the check in counter at the Jose Marti airport that my wife and I had no seat on the connecting flight from Toronto to Charlottetown. We were put on standby for our return and had to...

I had hopes that this airline would be better than United, but instead I now have a new top airline to AVOID. The food and food service were mediocre at best on the Paris-Montreal leg, but then on the Montreal-SF leg (which lasted something like 6 hours) there was NO food except for something they referred to as "Air Canada...

I just came back to Madrid yesterday. I had two flights with Air Canada this weekend: New York-Toronto and Toronto-Madrid. And both of my experiences were VERY bad. Normally every month I take flights, to go to my home or to visit family/friends in another countries. So I can say that I have quite a lot experiences with different flight...

In flying to Vancouver, you want to do it direct as there a lot of airlines that were slightly cheaper but you had to fly to their base and then do the long haul across the pacific after that. My wife was worried as she had heard they always lose your luggage but I had friends who flown Air Canada...
