This man could not explain why only Air Canadas software did not work at the electronic check in, all the other airlines worked fine, he said it was not "his" problem, the line up took nearly an hour.... No wonder I avoid our national airline like a plague.....

Having booked an Air Canada Vacations 7 day vacation package to the Hotel Nacional in Havana it was very worrying to be told at the check in counter at the Jose Marti airport that my wife and I had no seat on the connecting flight from Toronto to Charlottetown. We were put on standby for our return and had to...

I just came back to Madrid yesterday. I had two flights with Air Canada this weekend: New York-Toronto and Toronto-Madrid. And both of my experiences were VERY bad. Normally every month I take flights, to go to my home or to visit family/friends in another countries. So I can say that I have quite a lot experiences with different flight...

In flying to Vancouver, you want to do it direct as there a lot of airlines that were slightly cheaper but you had to fly to their base and then do the long haul across the pacific after that. My wife was worried as she had heard they always lose your luggage but I had friends who flown Air Canada...

I was very pleased with our trip this last week with Air Canada. Travelling with a 90 year old Lady the staff was very helpful with wheelchairs and seating of her. This time we had very friendly staff and helpful staff everywhere we stopped, This is a huge improvement since the last fights we had with this airline. A job...

Premium economy makes the long flight easier. The inflight service was good. The food was also pretty good. More leg room more comfortable flight.

Just a note of caution: we purchased premium seats because my husband has to have an aisle. When we checked in, I didn't check our seats because I'd never had the following experience before. When we boarded the plane, we discovered that we had been reassigned to a middle and a window seat. This was a big problem, as my...

Don’t know what all the hoopla is for the 787. Every time the guy behind me moved I got his knee in my back... ‘stuff ‘em in... seats still cramped, toilet size worse than a phone box, food - even though a long flight I should have brought some Timmies. AC continues to disappoint... AC touts ‘improved passenger experience’ ..say...

I almost drove to Quebec I was so worried after reading reviews not just on TA but on other airline sites. I was afraid to check a bag. I was afraid we'd be cancelled. BUT, I ended up checking a bag, rolling the dice and having an essentially uneventful pleasant airline experience. We took off on time. There were no...

Great to have a daily flight to New York direct from Brisbane that is less than 20 hours there and 23 hrs back.(Qantas don't do daily) Check-in not possible on App but easy and quick at the airport. Then used Air New Zealand lounge prior to boarding that started 45 minutes prior to take-off. The Business class seat is ok:...
