I've flown a relative amount over years' worth of time. Different airlines. This is by far the worst. Flight delayed because of mechanical issues with a clock. Kept on the plane for HOURS!the plane was already late so we boarded late. Then waited until after 9 to be told we are deplaning. Now I'm stuck in a tiny waiting room....

1) THEY LIE: about the weather (you've got weather systems tracking on your iPhone AND flights AFTER yours are leaving) 2) THEY LIE: you've taxied out on the runway and are about to take off....."folks, we seem to have a flap problem" 3) THEY LIE: you've disembarked one flight and you're in the terminal.....suddenly....another Toronto bound flight...1/2 full is boarding!...

They never put my luggage on the plane. The had an over heavy plane from all the strollers that came on as carry on. So they sent the luggage on a different flight. Problem was I had a connecting flight with another airline to take a 5 week vacation. It took 3 weeks to get my luggage with no help...

Family of five with three children (aged 13 and under) recently flew from London Heathrow to Columbus, OH with a connection in Toronto. Our flight from Heathrow left ~15 minutes late. Upon landing in Toronto I turned on my phone and find out that due to our “late departure” Air Canada has preemptively cancelled us from our connection and rebooked...

Could not believe the quality service, food and friendly staff on board our recent flight from Brussels. Normally we expect excellent service from Swiss Air, Lufthansa and the likes, but who would have thought that Air Canada could compare. The only difference was that we did not have regular cutlery on this flight, but everything else was exceptional.

Flight out of Calgary cancelled. Transferred onto a flight to Victoria via Vancouver. Vancouver flight cancelled. If the Keystone Cops ran an airline, this would be it.

We live in Maryland and I looked at flights and costs for BWI, Dulles, Regan in DC and even Philadelphia. Newark was the best cost and although we had one connection via Calgary we had a direct flight back to Newark. We don't fly much and Air Canada has a new automated check in procedure and a very helpful young...

Recently flew AirCanada from Toronto to London and Shannon to Toronto. Direct flights are always preferable. Going to London, my seat was comfortable and surprisingly roomy. Food was ok. Flight was on schedule leaving and arriving in London. Large plane. Returning from Shannon, plane was about 40 minutes late but made good time and we arrived in Toronto about 20...

The flight from Detroit was delayed for 2 hours due to “maintenance issues”. So we were late in Toronto and had to run to catch the connection flight to Hong Kong. When we got there 5 minutes before posted flight time, they said the gate was closed and seats were taken by others. Gate representatives won’t hrlp and sent us...

Free to contact them by landline telephone but who has that nowadays. Gave up after 1hour wait on my mobile tel. Told the attendant this when we checked in,...
