Oh my goodness walking on this huge plane and going into Business Class was a new experience. Waiting for you Pillow, comforter and blanket. You just snuggle in and start picking out what you want to watch on TV. Flight attendants are so warm with a smile. Makes you feel your the only one on this particular flight. I see...

While waiting for our return flight to Toronto, our Air Canada Rouge airplane sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours before we were allowed to board. Once seated, and now 2 hours late, the captain advised us he needed 6 volunteers to remain in Cuba as 6 oxygen masks randomly deployed on the flight from Toronto, and those...

It’s ok to fly with a cheap ticket from Mexico to Canada, the only thing it’s they charge you separate for everything and also they change the time of the flight and they don’t warmed you, thankfully we arrived before because my dad had a connection flight, if not we would miss it. So you have to be aware of...

We have never taken a trans-Atlantic flight that didn’t have some sort of entertainment available until this one. There wasn’t even a jack for headphones to listen to music, let alone any videos or other options! But it still managed to be very cramped and carbo-loading tasteless food. Very disappointing. I heard from fellow travelers that Air Canada is going...

We booked 2 tix around 8 months ago. Turns out we have been seated separately on the plane. We were planning to share an iPad to watch movies. One of us now has to go without. Thanks air canada. I think it’s probably time that you move into the 21st century. What a joke.

I've ridden on some budget airlines and they sometimes under-performed even for budget airlines, but this was far worse. The check-in workers were part-time, so they didn't arrive to the counter for our international flight until 1.5 hours before takeoff. Then the flight from Detroit was late, which caused arrival in Toronto to be late. We sprinted off the plane...

Started off our trip with an hour flight delay because a flight attendant did not show up for work. You know what not the best start but things in life happen. Not sure if a hiring requirement for Air Canada is to be miserable and hate your job, all but one fit that category. They go on and on about...

On the long haul flight from HKG to Vancouver, the flat bed is not bad but the buttons to recline and to return to sit up position didn't work. One crew member has to kneel down to the floor to operate with certain device to make things work. Otherwise meals were fine. However, on the return trip back to HKG,...

We have flown business class before but when we walked into the cabin we couldn’t believe it. In the past we had a great seat with plenty of room and great service, for this flight we had a personal pod. Each pod was completely separate from the others and the seat reclined to flat. Our seat had a pillow, blanket,...
