This is the second time that we have purchased extra leg room seats well in advance and when we get to the airport they have changed the aircraft and all of the people who have paid for their preferred seats are out of luck. How is it not possible that when you change planes to make some effort to try...

Used Toronto as a stop over to Havana, never again. It is over 3 months since I logged a complaint about my ripped brand new Osprey rucksack protector (lucky I had one the rucksack cost far more) Damaged beyond repair. Put in claim immediately, no response, nothing. Put in another, heard nothing. Horrible desk staff, so rude to other passengers...

The only way I will fly on this airline is if it is the only choice. They are always late, they lose luggage and have terrible customer service. Avoid this garbage airline at all costs. You will be disappointed!

Easy booking. Easy Check-In. Easy luggage drop. Easy boarding. On time departure. Pleasant staff. Early arrival. Quick delivery of checked luggage. I know that easy for me did not come easy for them. I was using a complex system with many parts to get me there. So "No Issues at All" is actually quite a complement to them.

Flew back from New York to Toronto on October 9th. Our flight was at 6:40 pm , we arrived at airport at 3:30 to check in. The AC representative advise that we could get the earlier flight because it was not filled. She advised to check with the AC rep when we got to our gate. We did that and...

I have flown with AC on numerous occasions, but let me clarify - it’s out of necessity. Many of my destinations out of Newfoundland have few, if any, other airline choices. While flights were on time for once, there were very few incentives to fly AC. When I returned home, there was damage to my luggage. This has happened to...

Excellent flight aboard the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Flight was smooth and the food was tasty. Smooth check-in and on-time. Would use AC again to fly to Europe.

I was sorely disappointed by the fact that there was not in-flight entertainment (TV, movies) available which is very unusual for a long, overnight flight from North America to Europe. It felt like the longest flight ever. Food was also very, very basic.

This was our first journey with Air Canada and given a choice we would be unlikely to travel with them again. In flight food was unappetizing. The bar service was almost non-existent. A request for a gin & tonic was met with an apology but they had only had two miniatures of gin loaded and these had been issued! Later...
