This is the first time this has happened to me but not to people I know. The flight was an hour late getting to kamloops which made me late by 4 mins for my connecting flight. The flight also left early.... While missing a passenger.... F. U. C. Kthis company. All they said was nothing we can do. Pushed my...

I've never sprung for Premium Economy before and I will never go back! Bottled water and a care package ready when you sit down. iPad with tons of content on it (and convenient hangers for them). The food (snack and meal) were excellent, the beverage service was great (chocolate infused coffee is a treat), and the wider seats really are...

Awful land service in Toronto. In spite of having asked for a wheelchair service and assistance, we have experience the worst service ever. Abandoned in the immigration, no one helped us with luggage and transfer to our connection to Quebec on July 04th and almost lost it. What is the advantage of a nice business service (could be 4-5 stars,...

I flew from Houston to Toronto for business. I used the app for my tickets. It was pretty easy to use and I was able to download my ticket to my iPhone wallet. The flight was called on time and the boarding process was pretty swift. The plane was small and a little bit older. I was surprised at the...

We flew from Brisbane to Vancouver, Vancouver to Calgary and then Calgary to New York. We stayed in both Vancouver and Banff. Our transit to New York was brilliant because we got to clear customs in Calgary. We missed the massive queues in New York JFK and the distance to the city is about the same. If I was to...

My original flight was overbooked, even I came in as a transit/lay over from another flight within the same country, I did not get an assigned seat and need to wait for any other passengers to give up seat for me to board. Unfortunately, none give up seat by time of departure; and there were 3 of us that was...

We typically fly Air Canada but this was our first flight on the Dreamliner for a longer haul flight. Quite a few years ago, we had been in Washington State and toured the Boeing Plant where the Dreamliners in their first iteration and being built. (As an aside, the Boeing tour was excellent.) But this was our first trip on...

We flew Business Class on August 18, and had great flight. The service was exceptional and food was quite good (I had the steak which was tender and perfectly cooked). The seats and facilities were clean and comfortable. Hats off to the flight crew, job well done!
