We got massage from SuperSaver to contact AB a couple of days before our flight because of changes in schedual. Even 2 days before our flight AB supervisor told in phone that everything is ok with our flight. Luckily we didn`t trust her but went to the airport next morning to check in, noticing, there won´t be such a flight...

We were on the 6am flight which meant we had to reach the airport around 5. We were assisted by the person at Check in who advised us to check in our baby car seat and take pram with us. It was our first time carrying one and we wrapped them both with intention of getting it at jhb. But...

Flying from London to Gaborone for Christmas, with connecting Air Botswana flight from Johannesburg to Gaborone. Half a working day before departure, we have just received an e-mail to say our Air Botswana connecting flight has been changed to the day before, leaving Johannesburg while we are mid-flight from London! Air Botswana are experiencing severe service issues with two planes...

I travel frequently to Maun on business. Air Botswana tickets are quite a bit cheaper that Air Link but it takes almost 30 minutes longer in the turboprops. More frustrating is the poor website, no online check in and the fact that at OR Tambo, they only open check in 30 minutes before flight. With traffic being unpredictable in a...

We flew from Johannesburg to Gaborone on 15th November and all went well, but since then we have discovered that all except 2 of their aircraft have been grounded. I made a test booking yesterday, and it seems that they are still taking bookings even though they may not be able to honour them. I hope the problem is resolved...

Refreshments, nothing to write home about. No electronics allowed, therefore no WIFI nor movies, music etc. Good for in and out business travellers. have room for disappointment because they are often delayed.

We have flown Air Botswana many times through the years. It is always a good flight, few problems and friendly staff. They are upgrading their fleet with new planes that will make a big difference to the comfort and efficiency of the airline. I would have no problem recommending it.

First I booked online on a Wednesday and confirmation email never arrived. When I called they booking wasn't showing and they had to call someone who had already gone home to check. The confirmation only arrived the next day as she only got in at 7:30am. Luckily my flight was for Friday. On Thursday night I got a call from...

Used Air Botswana for the first time between Gaborone and Johannesburg. It was roughly one hour flight. Fairly charged.
