Bad news first, and I'm saying this to help the airline to improve ... check-in was painfully slow for no apparent reason. A smile, or being courteous to customers would also be nice, in particular in Agadir. One has to pay for everything on board in terms of food & drinks, which is ok ... we just didn't expect it....

Baggage checking counter customer service staffs to be replaced or trained, they respect people depending on the nationality. While entering the aircraft the AC was off and summer time felt like I was in a microwave! Aircraft cleanliness & welcoming standards needs basic improvement (No greetings or thank you). Overall it is a budget airline so can't complain too much.

The only airline that allows no personal bag, and makes you check small baggage and then charge you 50 USD for the abuse. No leg room, knees get crushed if over 6ft (182cm) maybe not the worst 3.5 hours of my life, but top 10. I wish that they were in my home country so I could avoid purposely ever...

clean, punctual, friendly and super cheap. Any of these attributes would make Air Arabia the choice carrier in Morocco. The plane took off exactly at the time on the ticket, more over, it was very clean and spacious, in stark contrast to the national carrier. I paid very little for my ticket and the experience was absolutely fantastic. Instead of...

The best thing about this route, is its direct for me! Beats flying to Dubai and then fighting traffic around the airport. RAK is about 20 minutes from Al Hamra Village where the Waldorf, Hilton and nearby Double Tree are. Online booking is always easy, and prices are good, and then add on top whatever services you require - extra...

Sharjah airport was well organised so you won't wait in long queues. Massive food court if you're hungry which I recommend visiting since food is a pay for service on the flight. Great VIP lounge with nice amenities. Smiling passport control officers and smooth process. I might chang my opinion about this airline.

Long queues, 2 hours delay and deported passengers. This sums up my experience. I almost forgot that you have to pay for wheelchair service if you need it which is uncommon.

Flew to Agadir from Stockholm in July. First of all it wasn’t on time. Second they didn’t take card so a five hour trip whit out anything to drink or eat wasn’t that much of a pleasure. They even brag about having the biggest seats in the business but that isn’t true as you can se on the picture. This...
