We booked four internal flights Aerolinas Argentinas - and all four delayed, with two flights cancelled and we were moved to later flights (4 and 6 hour delays respectively). The attitude of Aerolinas staff was complete indifference.
On time, everything was perfect. No delays at all, all waitresses were ok too. The only negative point is that we had to walk more than 20 minutes in order to reach customs in Rio, but this is not an issue of the airline.
I went to Cordoba and came back to Buenos Aires the same day. Both flights were according to schedule. The members of the crew do their best, but the service (a drink on each flight) was really reduuced. Good overall impression.
