Seating OK, Bathroom at least the one I used not very clean with no toilet paper, food adequate portion but no flavor. Flight attendants nice and polite. Cabin good A/C. Entertainment not so good with only 34 movies. Most of them unknown titles etc. Base on the mixture of good and bath I will rate this airline 31/2 to 4.

Generally very good experience, however, restrooms were not perfectly clean. not very logic boarding process at EZE airport, but everything else was just wonderful - food, on-board service, entertainment programs.

We traveled from Buenos Aires to Iguazzu, to know the falls, we had a quiet flight, good attention by the crew, clean and comfortable plane.

It´s unacceptable to load an aircraft with passengers when it´s air conditioning system is inoperative when on the ground and during ascent, when the outside air temperature is above 32 degrees Celsius. Imagine the temperature inside the cabin. Plus, during the whole flight, the captain did not make ant welcome anouncement neither thanked the passengers for choosing Aerolineas Argentinas. Very...

The check-in for our flight and the flight itself were both very smooth. Fortunately, I had read the baggage limits in advance and we packed accordingly, so had no hassle with overweight baggage or extra charges. A good experience overall. The only thing I was unhappy about was that the price for the flight must have spiked when I purchased...

good experience over all - in flight service is good. However, both ( AER & ASU) ground personnel needs to be a bit more communicative- and accessible to answer questions- they are almost unreachable in Aeroparque and react badly when you make your way over to ask them questions about boarding time (my flight was delayed), then in ASU was...

Weight limit on checked baggage is 15 kg (about 33 pounds) while the weight limit on carry-on baggage is 8 kg. Overweight charge is 650 Argentine pesos (about $35 depending on the foreign currency exchange rate). Once your baggage is weighed and is deemed overweight, you'll have to step out of line, get into the Overweight Baggage payment window to...

A strike by ground handlers meant that our scheduled flight to Santiago was cancelled and our connection in Santiago was lost (and cost us thousands of dollars). This is typical of a third world country that can't get its labour relations worked out and employees strike to punish or blackmail the airline. The trouble is that thousands of ordinary travellers...

The actual flight itself was fine, I have no problem with it. The issue was the check in. For some reason Aerolineas Argentinas only has a baggage allowance of 15Kg. Which is nothing. Needless to say I had to pay $70 for excess baggage. I was 5.5 and 6.5 kg over. Annoying but not the end of the world. Then...
