i was a little worried about the 1.5 hours layover at Dublin to get on the USA flight especially as Aer Lingus left me a voicemail the day before my flight telling me to be at Dublin at least 3 hours before my flight, how was I supposed to do this? Anyway, our flight was on time and we cleared...

We flew with Aer Lingus (DUB-BOS) earlier in the week. The outbound flight from Dublin is around 7 hours. We flew on the very comfortable and spacious A330-300. After take off a bar service commenced, shortly After that was dinner and a savoury snack was provided shortly before landing. With this and the great entertainment on board, the flight was...

Lost luggage nightmare. Baggage was checked straight through from NYC to Newquay Cornwall. Overnight stop in Dublin and the luggage was never forwarded onto the Newquay destination. One bag appeared the next evening, the other not until two additional days. No explanation. Had to buy toiletries, clothing.

Aer Lingus has recently added flights direct to Dublin from Hartford, CT. This has made it so easy for folks to travel now that they don't have to drive to Boston or NYC. The flight to Dublin with connecting service to Dusseldorf was seamless. We arrived early in Dublin and had no problems connecting to Dusseldorf. The planes are a...

Kindness, extra care. They provided me with 2 seats beside my husband so I could lift my leg up. Constant thoughtfulness, which I have come to expect from this airline. Crew could not have been nicer , particularly the amusing air steward from Cork. Lovely comfortable seats and leg room. They are attentive to leaving on time. Thanks

On all legs of the flights - we had horrendous service. Our seats for the first leg, they were the back of the plane. The second leg was so choppy with turbulence, we were both sickened to the point that my Mom needed wheelchair aid in AMS. The flight lost one piece of our luggage along with many on the...

During the summer months , Aer Lingus fly A 330s to Malaga. While there is no " Business Class " there are Business Class seats with an economy service at a fraction of the cost of an ' actual' business class seat. Absolute luxury at a budget price! Will definitely be doing it again.

Nice flight. Quiet and clean plane. Food was OK, not bad for airline food. Staff was helpful and attentive.

The flight was fine, the service was good, and the food was laughable, as most airline food is. The inflight entertainment was great. Certainly made the time go by quicker, although every time they came over the intercom, you had to rip out your ears buds, because the volume was so loud it would make your ears bleed. When we...

Average service. Not much difference from RyanAir except we don't have to drag bags accross the yard. AerLingus uses the Tunnel (mostly). Bad snack food and no smiles:(
