My husband, daughter and I flew Aer Lingus round trip from Boston to Dublin on May 29, 2018 and returned on June 8, 2018. This was our first international flight and fortunately was uneventful. The plane was noisier than we're used to but we had booked seats in the back of the plane sitting in the middle where the seats...

I always like to fly Aer Lingus when possible and practical. The hostess always makes you feel not just another flyer. The planes are more comfortable and I like the Aer Lingus brand. The only gripe I have with AL is that when they offer sales after you've booked - they will not offer a refund of the difference.

Excellent service and lovely stewards, food was very good compared to other airlines. HOwEVER, staff at Dublin need to know that "No" your bags do not go directly to the next destination upon arrival at Toronto, YOU MUST Pick up yur bags and redeposit them for the next leg of our journey!! But, they are still the best airline yet!

Aer Lingus are doing the very best they can with the old dated 757 aircraft. Service & food good, just the seating and space an issue. Good to have a direct flight to Hartford, CT from Dublin, Ireland, but I think next time I'll take a more modern plain to Boston and drive.

I always have a great experience with Aer Lingus. Prices always reasonable. Many great options to choose from based on your travel requirements. Flights are always on time and the customer services is excellent. Boarding and deplaning never an issue. Food Options always good and you always get the best cup of hot tea. No other airline provides this type...

Great direct flight from midwest! Good food & drink, great service, modern, clean & fully functional aircraft. Attendants were attentive & kind-hearted. Great selection of movies. Non-stop flight reasonably priced for travel in mid May by our group of 8.

When I checked in for EI3283 at Bristol Airport, I have specifically asked the light hair counter male staff (there are only two counter staff at the time, the other was a dark hair guy) whether I should claim my VAT here or in Dublin, he told me I should do it over there as they will give me cash...

I've flown AL many times. This one was no different. The boarding process was smooth and effortless. The onboard staff was fantastic. Kind, helpful and cheerful...often not the case on a long flight. They were attentive and provided great service. The in-flight meals were actually palatable and the tea was hot and delicious.

This was a nice flight. The aircraft was very clean and modern. The flight attendants were kind and attentive. The flight was non stop, 10 and a half hours going over which is short for flying to Europe. We were given numerous beverages, a decent evening meal of Irish beef stew (there was another choice) with sides of salad, roll...
